Yeah, which is why I thought the original would be helpful. I was looking hard for it the other week to no avail. It wasn't until someone mentioned 'pilot' in this thread that I had the right word for the Google Images search.

So whatever it was in her right hand was likely airbrushed in. Do you have a clue as to what it is?

Goliath's head with a gushing head wound then? I always thought it looked like a head, I thought it was perhaps a dog's head. Yeah, you can see that statues head doesn't look kosher.
