Copper: symbol Cu
Copper was associated with the goddess Aphrodite/Venus in mythology and alchemy, owing to its lustrous beauty, its ancient use in producing mirrors, and its association with Cyprus, which was sacred to the goddess.

The primary tabby pattern gene, Mc/mc, sets the basic pattern of stripes that underlies the coat. Mc is the wild-type tabby gene and produces what is called a 'mackerel striped' tabby. 'Classic' tabbies are cats who also possess mc, a recessive mutant gene that produces the blotched pattern.
The mackerel tabby pattern has vertical, gently curving stripes on the side of the body. The stripes are narrow, and may be continuous or broken into bars and spots on the flanks and stomach. Often, an 'M' shape appears on the forehead. Mackerels also feature a 'peppered' nose, where black spots appear along the pink tip of the nose. Mackerels are also called 'fishbone tabbies' probably because they are named after the mackerel fish. Mackerel is the most common tabby pattern.
Holy Mackerel!

Arepo (arrepo) (I) creep/move stealthily towards, also trust, or likely an invented proper name; its similarity with arrepo, from ad repo, 'I creep towards', may be coincidental
The Sator Square is a word square containing a Latin palindrome featuring the words SATOR AREPO TENET OPERA ROTAS written in a square so that they may be read top-to-bottom, bottom-to-top, left-to-right, and right-to-left. The earliest known appearance of the square was found in the ruins of Pompeii which was buried in the ash of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 AD.

i have a collection of old popular science magazines that have these wonderful AMORC advertisements, i will add them later tonight.
i've had an interesting history with the sator square. in abramelin (book three can be found here http://www.hermetics.org/library/Library_Grimoires.html) there is a list of magic squares and the sator square is one of them. from memory (and wikipedia probably says it, but wheres the fun in that) "the creator maintains his creations - slow moving". i've always had trouble with that because obviously it doesnt make sense, but it seems like it should...
but before reading about it in the abramelin book i read about it in the book "rat scabies and the holy grail." it mentions a cave with the symbol on the wall. there was also an A with a circle around it, looking very much like an anarchy sign.
if anyone is interested i can take some pictures of the rosicrucian advertisments. im sure they are out there somewhere but again, whats the fun in that?
i would recommend rat scabies and the holy grail, because it has interesting history. i read the da vinci code maybe two years after this book and i was disgusted. "the grandfather's name is sauniere?".

SATOR AREPO TENET OPERA ROTAS One likely translation is "The farmer Arepo has [as] works wheels [a plough]"; that is, the farmer uses his plough as his form of work. Although not a significant sentence, it is grammatically correct; it can be read up and down, backwards and forwards.
The word arepo is a hapax legomenon, appearing nowhere else in Latin literature. Most of those who have studied the Sator Square agree that it is a proper name, either an adaptation of a non-Latin word or most likely a name invented specifically for this sentence. Jerome Carcopino thought that it came from a Celtic, specifically Gaulish, word for plough. David Daube argued that it represented a Hebrew or Aramaic rendition of the Greek Αλφα ω, or "Alpha-Omega" (cf. Revelation 1:8) by early Christians. J. Gwyn Griffiths contended that it came, via Alexandria, from the attested Egyptian name Ḥr-Ḥp, which he took to mean "the face of Apis".
If "arepo" is taken to be in the second declension, the "-o" ending could put the word in the ablative case, giving it a meaning of "by means of [arepus]." Thus, "The sower holds the works and wheels by means of [unknown].
One possible meaning is to extrapolate the word rotas (the wheels) as seeing the meaning as life, and Arepo meaning Alpha-Omega. Thus, the translation could be seen as, "Life full of good works are held by God, our creator."

And I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; I will give it to you for a possession. I am the Lord." (Exodus 6:8) was not fulfilled until the generation following the Passover story, and the rabbis could not decide whether this verse counted as part of the Passover celebration (thus deserving of another serving of wine). Thus, a cup was left for the arrival of Elijah.
In practice, the fifth cup has come to be seen as a celebration of future redemption. Today, a place is reserved at the Seder table and a cup of wine is placed there for Elijah. During the Seder, the door of the house is opened and Elijah is invited in. Traditionally, the cup is viewed as Elijah’s and is used for no other purpose
So Elijah was like the fifth winged beetle? He would get the "I" cup.
