its been pointed out that Paul is supposed to have had a moped accident, and it left a scar, but no one can find the pictures that show this, except for this one that shows the cut:  well my good friend Larry has a video of the Beatles playing in Japan, and when they start Baby's In Black, he noticed a very visible scar on JPM's lip, take a look:  heres an animation where its clearer:  this was on June 30th, 1966. Also take notice of the head shape, and how it looks more similar to "Faul's" than did earlier pics |

Those are interesting photo and animation. Has anyone detected a trace of the scar in any Faul photos?
Regarding the head shape - it's too much blocked by the mic and lennon to make a good comparison.

This elongation is what happens often in video stills. Look at the shape of Lennon's head. It's hard for me to imagine that that is how his head is shaped in real life. It looks like an egg. Obviously from the photo being elongated somewhat. |

There are indeed other shots of Paul with the scar from the moped accident. I don't remember why it was important that it was " difficult" to find these pictures, or more importantly why it's an issue. Meaning, is there something important about the moped accident injury? I'm a little puzzled, unless this is a thread from way back from another board? Anyway, the still with accompanying animation is a good idea, here's some more. This is from an alt version of the "Paperback Writer" video. Looks like a front tooth needed a cap as well.   |
