Guess "camera distortion" only affects Paul. Wait a minute, his right eyebrow moved - it must be a stretch! ;D Here's another (by matchbox?) from macca4ever that is supposed to show a stretch: I think it shows the opposite. I see a slight tilt of the head caused by different camera angles. Otherwise a perfect match.

Revolver, agreed wholeheartedly. When there is slight movement, is it predictable? A person's skull is a 3 dimensional object, and a slight angle, expression, or lighting change, if its the same person, would reflect this predictable (and acceptable) movement. When Paul and Faul seem to match in a fade, but there is movement, it's as if the skull itself is changing shape. I get a bit naseous looking at those, personally. Don't know how the PIAers do it. ;D

I'm gonna stay out of this "was the pepper pic streched or not" discussion, and post this brilliant fade by Matchbox:

I guess cropping the chin was the brilliant part... Ask him why he did that.

I guess cropping the chin was the brilliant part... HOHOHO ;D The reason for that is that I used Revolvers pic for the base, and faded the pre '66 pic over it. Because the chin on Revolvers pic was cropped off a bit, so was my fade. So I guess Revolver is the brilliant one after all.

notice how the chin in the RP pic is longer than the other pic Not longer, just tilted forward like he's nodding his head. In mine you can't even see a difference in the chins:
