Then how did he die? Car accident? Murder? Suicide? Drug overdose?

FP, that is one of the blank stare questions. When I had talked to a few folks about the possibility of PID or PWR a few months ago(I gave up) that was the question I could not speak to.
Since the KKK thing and the kidnapping never completely lodged in my brain, and I cant believe suidide, and I have a lot of trouble with OD'ing as an idea, I was left with car wreck, pedestrian accident, motorbike wreck. Which equals, duh, basically, nobody who follows this has any real idea.
I guess though, the Ringo lyric (you were in a car crash and lost your hair) the chord build up on A Day in the Life, as well as Lennon singing "He blew his mind out in a car/He didn't notice that the lights had changed), plus the prevalence of police guerneys, ambulances, and car wreck scenes in certain pics and videos, etc, at least suggest to me, that sojmeone wanted us to be sub-consciously aware of there having been a wreck of some kind. The Austin-Healey (or was in an Astin-Martin?) car on the Pepper cover-------
I think the message is "car wreck."
Of course, there is Tara Browne, but he was Paul's friend so why would Lennon have gone so far about Tara? If Paul is alive we ask, why so much about wrecks, and head and hair injuries, and such? How did Tara get into the mix, anyway?

Don't forget about MMT's "Death Cab for Cutie" with the singer putting on false teeth at the end. Then there's the screen projection of the "headless" man (Mal Evans ?), during Blue Jay Way, I think. Those are probably clues to the circumstances of Paul's untimely demise.

If that torso is Paul's, everyone involved is pretty sick.

Nah, I doubt that was Pauls body. To heavy. Brian, maybe?

The actual torso shown maybe no one in particular-----its just a representation, in my opinion. The idea, or the artistic statement, was all it was there for, the actua l torso, since the neck and beyond are beyond the image shown, were probably present on that torso we see. The implication of "headless", is suggested but not conclusive.
But with everything shown in that segment, and the general mood in that song and lyric, I don't exactly derive a happy, tap your toes feeling.
George didn't participate as much in MMT as you'd expect; or at least he doesn't appear much in the final edit. And, his contribution comes off real macabre. At least mysterious.

I guessed that the man was Mal Evans because of his size, and you'll notice he's wearing glasses, if you look carefully! They created the illusion of headlessness by cutting off the projected light above his neck. But, occasionally the light reflects off of his glasses (see below), giving the appearance of glowing eyes. Very strange. "Magical Mystical Boy" no doubt refers to Paul.

Yes, that seems like Big Mal, now that you mention it. I am seeing where he participated a lot in these side items ovber the years. He really believed in the "Beatles", and apparently would do almost anything for the cause of it.

Well, I was about to go to bed, but thanks for keeping me up another 2 hours. ;D I just can't see Mal there. I can't see anyone. Can it be the body of the face in the other scene I brought up in another thread?

Hello, you've reached the Global Web Insomnia Center where not sleeping is all in a day's work. Let our experts help you suffer mindless, tortuous hours of listless awakitude, pleading with our staff to find out how to enjoy even a twenty minute cat nap............
Actually, it maybe Bill's torso. There are some pics with the Beatles out on the Thames or someplace where they bear torso, and Bill kinda has that look. That torso is a living person. The head is just out of the pic, or beyond the lighting. (just my opinion, which changes moment by moment lately )
Question FP: Body of which face in which scene?

Whoever it is, doesn't really matter much...it's really gross no matter what. So was the amount of spaghetti John was dishing up for the fat lady. Come to think of it, that entire movie was a freaking nightmare. I recorded this flick several years ago on VHS from PBS, the audio quality of my tape stinks because it was recorded on a mono deck, probably wasn't broadcast in stereo either...it was late 70's/early '80's. The only reason I bought the DVD was because I was told that since it was in referendum, it would probably be worth some real bucks as a Beatles Collector's item, and it's a real pain in the butt to connect my VCR deck to my computer and do frame grabs ;D

Question FP: Body of which face in which scene? The one in my "something strange" thread. What I find weird about this pic is the hole in the middle of the chest. Right above the hands coming out of his stomach. Also, I always thought I saw a second set of breasts beneth/connected to the real ones.
