Yoko Ono, widow of John Lennon and perhaps the world’s most reviled scapegoat, is responsible for the breakup of Paul McCartney’s marriage to Heather Mills.
Sources say Mills "really dug" McCartney, but eventually fell under the spell of Ono’s shrill and relentless portrayal of Paul as a creative midget next to the God-like genius of John. Musical analysts say Ono’s new single "(I Ain’t Sayin’ She a) Peg-Legged Gold Digger" — a three-minute shriek accompanied by a chorus of baby harp seals in various stages of distress — could be a subtle dig at Mrs. McCartney.
The latest polls reveal that Ono is also receiving a hefty share of the blame for the trouble in Iraq, the immigration problem and rising gas prices. The growing anti-Ono ire is good news for the Bush administration, which announced it has evidence linking the notorious band-wrecker to the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
Ono’s approval is nearing its all-time low of 3 percent in when the Beatles broke up in 1970, thanks to her. She recently provoked ire in the Muslim world by saying she is "bigger than Allah."
The eccentric widow could not be reached for comment because she is channeling all her karmic energy into her latest project — a one-woman plastic Ono neo-coed naked Zen minimalist Haiku mosh pit.

All roads lead to Yoko.. (yes I'm joking too) Wish I'd saved the link, so you'll have to take my word for it, but one forum post I read somewhere (maybe Google Groups) accused TKIN of being Yoko's board. No, please don't seriously speculate that it's true anyone...

or maybe, it was just time to move on. Nothing lasts forever. I'll go along with that. Meet ya halfway LR and say perhaps the situation was getting to be too much, but they got along just fine on a personal level. Cmon, it's not possible to take it that personally? Should I wonder about who you REALLY are??

Dear, no one said they thought you were Bill..
I just don't understand the level of emotion towards a person you don't know personally, and I repeat, I don't think you are Bill, or anyone close to him.
You see, it's just this.. I think all of us want to get to the bottom of this mystery, but judging the morals or ethics of this situation, (one in which we don't even begin to know all the facts or the involvment of certain parties) is not our place. JMO.

I agree with JoJo 100%. There is noone on this board that Bill or Yoko did anything personal to to take things to such a level of disliking them or hating them. We know very little about the goings on behind the scenes and who is responsible for doing what. It's not Bill's fault that JPM was so talented and died too young to realize it fully. It's not Yoko's fault that Paul died and the only thing left for the Beatles to do was make their money and split up. A comment here and there that you dislike Bill or Yoko for "playing the game" I think is reasonable but when it is taken to such an emotional level, as JoJo stated, it is going too far.

I think the poster was just making an artistic judgment re: JPM vs Faulguy... it didn't seem emotional.
I disagree with that analysis of the MMT midget, tho.

Wow, as an observer, the last few posts were pretty intense. I think that it's very hard to determine if there are any members of this forum who either know Bill & Yoko/ or were effected by them personally. It's impossible to judge such a thing. You'd have to totally understand the entire situation to make an observation like that. Just my opinion, of course. BTW, I know luvleerita & SHE'S not either of them.

I blame her for turning Lennon on to heroin to gain control of his life. John's heroin addiction in my opinion was a big factor in the Beatles demise.

Plus, I'd say Bill is quite talented in his own right. Sure, you could go with the old cop out and say he hasn't written any of his material, but where's the evidence for that? There is none, no more than me seeing James Paul McCartney stole all of his songs from a hobo he beat to death in 1959.

That could start a rumor here that James Paul was a killer, a regular Hobo abuser. Now, he may have accidently helped start thay little fire in the Reeperbohn with George (probably fell asleep with a ciggie) but I cant see him as the murdering kind. Especially not for a song. Of course, maybe Roberta Flack left us this clue, and we've all missed it sung from the point of view of the hobo, dying in the street in 1959) "Yea, he was stompin' my brain, yea he was knockin' me out of my mind, Kicking me harshly with his boots, kicking me harshly, for my song, ripping my guts out, for my tunes, killing me harshly, for my sah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ong!"Now we know the man who wrote "A World Without Love" could never have acted that way. HEY! You! Wait a minute--gimme them hob-nail boots NOW, so I can put them out of harm's way. You gonna wear mocassin's from now on.

It's hard to believe that an imposter chosen for his face-impersonating potential and singing/musical ability would also, coinincidentally, just happen to be a great songwriter. Probably Faul writes little, if any of "his" songs, they are and were "given" to him and the Beatles in brown paper bag productions. We already know "Let It Be" is a thinly disguised plagiarism or near-plagiarism of Gilbert Becaud's 1950s hit "Let It Be Me."

Undeniable, absolute proof that Yoko is a witch! She admits to being one in her song...I'm A Witch - Yoko OnoOh, please don't give me that! Yes, I'm a witch,I'm a bitch I don't care what you say, My voice is real. My voice speaks truth, I don't fit in your ways. I'm not gonna die for you, You might as well face the truth, I'm gonna stick around for quite awhile. We're gonna say, We're gonna try, We're gonna try it our way. We've been repressed, We've been depressed, Suppression all the way. We're not gonna die for you, We're not seeking vengeance, But we're not gonna kill ourselves for your convenience. Each time we don't say what we wanna say, we're dying. Each time we close our minds to how we feel, we're dying. Each time we gotta do what we wanna do, we're living. Each time we're open to what we see and hear, we're living. We'll free you from the getthos of your minds, We'll free you from your fears and binds, We know you want things to stay as it is, It's gonna change, baby. It's gonna change, baby doll, It's gonna change, honey ball, It's gonna change, sugar cane, It's gonna change, sweetie legs. So don't try to make cock-pecked people out of us.

The sad part is, they were not wearing costumes...this was part of her bizarre rituals. Uh I think this is clearly a costume party? And I don't think those that practice Wicca (and who knows this for a fact about her?) really put on a pointed witch hat. Oh and the song was an eff you to Yoko haters...

The song was recorded when Ono & Lennon were on the outs, and was shelved for 33 yrs after their reconciliation, such as it was. This, despite it being Ono's most accessible (sellable) sessions recorded to date.
Some of the lines seem a clear reference to what the future may hold -- basically telling John that he shouldn't expect her to do anything when the Illuminati hierarchy finally decides to kill him. Kind of chilling. I don't think it's any big secret Yoko practiced black magick. I mean, the Dakota?! The charitable view would be that she did it in order to keep Lennon alive another 12 years...
