Accoding to Harb, this man: (Loading) is Keith Allison. Here is that statment: On the bottom left of the poster, there is a picture of William Campbell before he had the plastic surgery to make him look identical to Paul. This is actually a photo of Keith Allison who won the Paul McCartney 'Look-a-like' competition.
Harb, can you please tell us where you have heard this?

Here's a photo of Keith Allison: Don't see much of a resemblance to the White Album photo.

My poor attempt to make Keith look like Bill: lol, I suck at this. Hmmm, evokes the style of the primitive Appalachian painters---a la Grandma Moses. Representational approach. Have you ever seen (in another style) Picasso's bull?

I can only go with what I have researched, and the Keith Allison information came from a website that is now offline.
Looking at the pictures, you can see why Keith won! That photo of him playing guitar is uncanny! It's also funny when you look to the bottom right of that photo and see John and Cynthia. Also, Britney Spears has a flower in her hair (must be going to San Francisco)
But as I said, my website is not there to prove or disprove the legend, it's simply there to show people what people have perceived as clues, and to let them make their own mind up about the whole affair. The legend goes that the passport photo is of William Campbell although the 'debunk' is that it's the photo of Keith Allison that was attached to his application form. Who can tell, really?

Keith playing guitar looks like Paul because it's from a far view. The close ups look nothing like Paul. Take a look at the nose and chin of Keith and Bill. Two different people.

Keith Allison was born Sydney Keith Allison in 1942. He was a friend of Micky Dolenz (pre-Monkees), and became a member of Paul Revere and the Raiders. One of the PID 'debunking' sites lists him as being the same artist who had a solo hit called "98.6" in 1967 under the name Keith (no surname). This is incorrect -- Keith of "98.6" fame is actually James Barry Keefer, born in 1949.
Either way....the White Album photo is not of Keith Allison. He (KA) had the same round, cherubic-type face that James Paul had.

But why couldn't the photo have been stetched, giving a more gaunt appearence? It's definitely taller than conventional passport photographs.

BEcause then the eyes would not be a normal shape. Those eyes, at least to me, look like eyes within a commmonly accepted range of eye shape. He would have inhuman eyes if the picture were stretched much. The glasses are also within a range of normal shape wise.
Keith upper lip is fairly thin. The poster photo, the upper lip is fuller, with respect to the whole face as well. Keith's nostrils are wider, very open. The nose more bulbous on the tip. Poster man has a tapered nose with smaller nostrils, much more aquiline. Keith's nose, and Paul's nose, to me, were never aquiline.
The proportions between the two pics, in my opinion, are not compatible in a big way. Just my opinion.

The second one yes, perfect. But the first always bothered me. The top of the head comes out of nowhere.

Check the LSD video again and look closely at the top/back of Beatle Bill's head.
The strange, unPaul-like hair pattern suggests just that: a wig.

Mark Lindsay of Paul Revere and the Raiders fame...and the woman looks like Petula Clark...remember "Downtown"...? Something regarding the search for a Paul Mc Cartney look a like...why didn't they have a contest for the other three Beatles? Just makes me think they were desperately searching for someone, anyone, that looks like Paul Mc Cartney to perpetuate some scheme....
