I was reading today about how, even if you don't drink tap water, you'll still consume a lot of Fluoride daily. The person mentioned that Tea has alot of Fluoride in it. After Googling I found this old page, www.webmd.com/food-recipes/news/20050125/harmful-fluoride-levels-found-in-instant-teaLuckily I don't drink Instant Iced Tea, but I DO drink alot of tea (like Arizona Green Tea). Is there any way to know if the water that they used to make it has Fluoride in it? It doesn't say so on the label... I was wondering, do bottled water companies HAVE to put "Fluoride" on the labels? I usually will buy just any kind of bottled water, as long as it doesn't say "Fluoride" on the label, I figure I'm safe... Right? The label does say "Enriched with Mineral for Taste" ... Hmm, just what kind of "minerals" are you putting in this stuff, Nestle? It's pretty mind boggling to think about all the Fluoride the average person injests daily. Everyone uses tap water to cook, and fluoride is already present in most foods, especially fresh foods, which means that people who eat naturally are already getting more of the amount of fluoride they need, and that most people also use fluoridated toothpaste AND receive fluoride treatments when they visit a dentist!

It's tap water. it is nearly impossible to find non fluoride toothpaste. Tom's used to mostly but gave in w/ the exception of the newer myrrh flavor, which is excellent. but we could go on for days about remedy and reactive solutions around the dilemma...... www.youtube.com/watch?v=ke0VoJKBdtg for a tool video ( the pushers, the uninformed, another april fool) how about a real solution?

I don't know if they have to put it on the label. Personally, I try to put distance between me and fluoride. I run tap water through a filter-and shower water thru one for chlorine. Thankfully they don't put in fluoride. I certainly don't use it in toothpaste. I have a tube of Nature's Gate that's free of it.
Doesn't that Arizona have corn syrup or something in it-or am i thinking of a similar product? side note: Many have found 'oil pulling' great for the mouth and teeth. It's ayurvedic but catching on beyond that circle. Seems to affect the systems in the body also, not just teeth.

not good
Distilled water is an active absorber and when it comes into contact with air, it absorbs carbon dioxide, making it acidic. The more distilled water a person drinks, the higher the body acidity becomes.
According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, "Distilled water, being essentially mineral-free, is very aggressive, in that it tends to dissolve substances with which it is in contact. Notably, carbon dioxide from the air is rapidly absorbed, making the water acidic and even more aggressive. Many metals are dissolved by distilled water."
The most toxic commercial beverages that people consume (i.e. cola beverages and other soft drinks) are made from distilled water. Studies have consistently shown that heavy consumers of soft drinks (with or without sugar) spill huge amounts of calcium, magnesium and other trace minerals into the urine.
The more mineral loss, the greater the risk for osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, hypothyroidism, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure and a long list of degenerative diseases generally associated with premature aging.

Yeah but, a little distilled water every month could help draw out toxins, right?

I think the other is sunflower. but people have tried different ones with different results. I've done it, but not extended by any means. Needs to be done on an empty stomach. Natural drinking water (aquifer etc. is not pure distilled). As far as distilled goes, some like it. But i wouldn't drink it excessively. If people use distilled, t might be for some protocol, but they've researched and may be adding things to it for specific reasons. Keep in mind waters' properties on an energy level as well.
