This is the sleeve from the U.S. release of Paper Back-writer. The images of John and George are backward. -j Now that's not what you wanted us to see. But I have to admit, even though my brother had that 45 rpm record with that cover, I never noticed the hand shake in the lower left 'til now. And if you save the image to "My Pictures" and magnify it a bit, you may notice that Ringo looks almost bucktoothed and Paul's jawline seems a little long, but then....these pics aren't the greatest to begin with.

There may in fact be two images of Crowley on Sgt Pepper. As beatlies mentioned in "The rotten apple 2" thread, the OTO Grand Lodge web site claims that two images of Crowley were intended for Pepper, but one was "removed" because it looked too much like McCartney. Read it here... oto-usa.org/crowley.htmlNow look at this image of Crowley. Notice the pointy ears. Who is this pointy-eared bald RAOB gentleman, obscured and veiled behind the Temple Dors on the cover of Sgt Pepper? Why, it's number 69! A dirty story of a dirty man. Always shouts out something obscene. Such a dirty old man. -j I like it jarv, what a good spot, looks like a match to me!

I never noticed the hand shake in the lower left 'til now. WOW! I never saw that either. I have only ever seen dude playing his guitar. It's like that drawing where you can see the old lady when you look one time, then you see the young lady when you look again. You have to want to see the handshake instead of the guitar player, but when you see it like that, there it is. Cool. -j

222 is a very eerie song. The lyrics, as I understand them, are: Ooh look at that Look at it walking Turn away Taking my breath away
Come to me It brings to mind creepy images of Sir Paul summoning some sort of spirit from beyond. A Beast, perhaps. I have little doubt in my mind that Paul has dabbled in the occult and has perhaps followed in the footsteps of Crowley, making contact with demons and the like. I just noticed that the Paul Is Dead Batman Comic "Dead Till Proven Alive" was #222.

there is a 3 there... 3x 222 makes; 666 The number of the beast; 666 Crowley reference A bit off topic, but...666 is a fascinating number. It is the sum of all the numbers from 1..36, (bonus: 36 is 6x6). If you square the first seven primes, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, and add the squares you get 666. If you make a right-triangle (i.e. with one of the angles at 90 degrees) where the hypotenuse (long side) has a length of 666, then the other two sides will have lengths of 216, (which is 6x6x6), and 630, (which is 666 minus 6x6). -j Roman Numerals- DCLXVI

I'm just collating the info so far from '222' to '666'
As I said I'd post something in relation to it on the Rotten Apple thread.
My contribution is....
She Loves You..... sung in the 3rd person..... running time (as per red album) 2mins 22secs = 2.22 * 3 = 666.
"She loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah She loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah She loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah" = 888 in English gematria
a=1 b=2 c=3 etc etc etc
888 - 222 (running time) = 666
Remember The Beatles auditioned for Emi/Parlaphone on 6th June '62.... 6/6 or 6/6/62.
Crowley's magickal name 'To Mega Qhrion'.....is 666 in the greek form of gematira....gematria being an aspect of kabbalah.
Now we go to Klaatuu that I keep seeing being referenced on here in relation to Beatles and it seems specifically Paul/Faul.
Keeping the above calculation in mind...
One of the most famous phrases from the movie...The Day The Earth Stood Still is this....when the robot is ordered not to kill.
""Gort, Klaatu barada nikto."
Which also sums to...... 222
Which in turn, factors in Pauls reference (given by Apollo on the Klaatu thread) @ Also, at the end of one particular McCartney concert, he said to the crowd, "See you when the Earth stands still.." before he departed the stage.
I may add more later, I've not the time at the mo'....and I've done a post about Klaatu and other stuff on the Klaatu thread....maybe check it out in conjunction with this.

This is Crowley summoning his HGA imo (Holy Guardian Angel, which could be a form of the higher self....in Crowley's case possibly Aiwass....in short I don't know I'm not a ceremonial magickian) and one of the degrees is centred in this pursuit, a pursuit that is a supposed milestone for the magickian....the snake his kundalini rising through his body and chakras.....the Lord Adonai is either an etheric being or aspect of the higher self. Enochian angels/daemons are summoned by the calls using 'sonic' (ma-sonic) methods and ceremonial magick. "O Snake that caresses the crown of mine heart!"
kundalini rising through the spine to the heart chakra. "O Beetle! the drone of Thy dolorous note Be ever the trance of this tremulous throat!"the pitch and tone of this particular call, which is required....in his throat.....for evocation of the said entity. user.cyberlink.ch/~koenig/aiwass2.htm"The Operation itself was however never begun."[40]
Crowley can call certain demons, but he cannot bring them under control. Oriens, Paimon, Ariton, Amaaion and hundreds more, as well as eleven servents escaped from the hut, got into the house and unleashed a chaos: his coachman, strictly abstinent until that very moment, fell victim to delerium tremens; a seeress he had brought with him from London, returned to the capital and became a prostitute; his housekeeper „who could not bear the unwholesome atmosphere of the house“ disappeared without trace; a worker engaged on the estate attempted to murder Crowley in a fit of madness. Even the village butcher was influences by the names of two demons Elerion and Mabakiel, ("Laughter" and "Wailing") that Crowley had absentmindly scribbles on an invoice. When read together these two words mean „unwanted suffering, that suddenly darkens joy“. Only too true, as the butcher was cutting a roast for a customer, he accidentally severed his femoral artery and bled to death.[41] Nevertheless the House in Boleskine was declared to be „Holy“ and to this day, in all Crowley’s Gnostic Masses, the Altar with the Stélé upon it, must be oriented towards Boleskine.
In August 1900, after the conflict for the Golden Dawn[42] Crowley travelled to Mexico, where he visited the first two of a total of 30 Aethyrs, that is to say extra-terrestrial dimensions, using a crystal ball. At the base of this magical concept we find „The „Enochian Calls“ of ca. 1659 by John Dee and his assistant Edward Kelly,[43] texts Crowley studied first in the Golden Dawn and later in the manuscript departments of the British Museum and Ashmoler Museum in Oxford. [40] Crowley: "Equinox of the Gods," London 1936, 56. Elsewhere Crowley points to the beginning of his Abramelin Operation as coinciding with the acquisition of his house in Boleskine.; Crowley in: "Equinox of the Gods," London 1936, 112 [41] Symonds: "King of the Shadow Realm," London 1989, 30 [42] Crowley even considers that Mathers is possessed by Abramelin demons [43] Meric Casaubon: "A true and Faithful Relation of what passed for many years between Dr. John Dee and some spirits," 1659. A work that has also been translated into german by Heinrich Tränker, and is found in excerpted form in "Das Beste von Heinrich Tränker" 222 Paul....possibly contacting his HGA...probably in an attempt to gain knowledge and conversation....which is the goal. Look....I'm not a 'ceremonial magickian', and have never been one or claimed as such....I have just researched these magickal systems and the like....and these are some of my conclusions....believe me, it is not the easiest of pursuits.
