This is a book that came out recently, it's a book of postcards Ringo received from the other Beatles over the years. I bought it, it's kinda a nice book. Nothing too exciting, except this one got me wondering.. Two words from Bill: "Aniversity Indeed", at least at first glance, but then it looks more like aniversity undead! A picture of Mary Hopkins on the front, who of course did indeed sing "Those Were the Days", and was one of Bill's proteges. (and real cute too!) Ringo wonders aloud, "what could Paul be saying?" (A rhetorical question I'm sure..) I made a close up of the postmark, 11-11-69. No way of knowing that's the exact day he wrote it and mailed it of course. I noticed just now that the dots which you'd think are supposed to be over the "I's", aren't really, except for one. It looks like the purpose was to create a triangle.

That looks like 'indead' or 'undead' all right. The second 'e' looks just like one of his other 'a's. I googled 'anniversity'. It's a common mis-spelling of anniversary. 'indead' is another common mis-spelling of indeed. But I think he knew how to spell better than that.

The date looks like 11 II 69 (11th february 1969)... which was Ringo's 4th wedding anniversary.

The date looks like 11 II 69 (11th february 1969)... which was Ringo's 4th wedding anniversary. Not that postmarks are done partly in Roman numerals, I don't think you are saying that. But he might see that as one meaning being conveyed. And then there's the actual date, meaning something else? Or not, who knows. Still, the word after "aniversity" is pretty questionable..

aniversity
which catches up short between at least 4 words:
1) aniversary
2) university
3) adversity
4) diversity, (how modern)
Shared by all four are the folowing: "ivers", and the letter "y".
Which rearranges into "is very.", four times.
the odd pieces are "ar". "it", "an", "un", "ad", and "di".
Add to that "is very" 4 times, and we have:
isveryisveryisveryisvery + aritanunaddi
(I've combined the source material plus the "missing" pieces left over from the implied word "intersection." No one else in the world would do this, would sink to such a level, would seek to derive sense and reason from scant, fleeting connections. Which is why it probably won't work. )
and my quasi-dabbling: which re-jumbles into this 36 letter blob:
Very sunny day, it is! I serve dairy via rivers
Which makes no sense whatsover.
Flunking out of spy school, AGAIN!
Well, I thought it probably would not work. AGAIN.
I was right, AGAIN!
