Neil singing "A Day in the Life" as an encore is really significant, imo. It confirms, for me, that much of what I have said about Neil's songs, and the "American Dream" being Faul, is correct. Neil was surely involved. My my; hey hey! (dancing for joy)

Neil was surely involved. My my; hey hey! (dancing for joy) Letter B, I've been reading a lot of your posts about Neil Young and CSNY's involvement in PID/PWR, because I watched DEAD MAN last night, which Neil Young did the music for. This led me to listen to a bunch of Neil Young last night and this morning before work. Anyway, in addition to the numerous PID/PWR references that have already been pointed out (American Dream, Last Trip to Tulsa, etc) I couldn't believe that I had never paid any attention to the lyrics of INTO THE BLACK before, which is pretty easy to interpret as a refernece to Paul: "Hey hey, my my Rock and roll can never die There's more to the picture Than meets the eye Hey hey, my my Out of the blue and into the black You pay for this, but they give you that And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black" As for DEAD MAN, there's nothing too overtly PID/PWR about it, but there IS a bit of a Rocky Racoon story line (gunfight over a cheating woman that ends with the protagonist shot), and the main character has relocated to the west, just like you've theorized that Paul may have done. There's also a lot of stuff about the protagonist ascending after succumbing to the gunshot wound. All in all however, I didn't find nearly as much PID/PWR symbolism as I expected. I'd be interested to hear your interpretation of the movie, though.

My computer has been crashing frequently, and so I am using it minimally right now. Suffice it to say, I believe we're supposed to see paul and faul as having lived many lives through the course of time, and the songs and clues pertain to different identities they have had through the course of time. Presumably the "rocky racoon" era would have been in the 186os or so. I regret that i haven't seen the Dead man movie, but imo there are too many "smoking guns" associated with it for it not to be tied in with the bigger PID picture.

The Fate line on this palm is one of the most pronounced I've ever seen! (Line from under the middle finger to base of the palm.) This person was destined to be mega-famous and influential.

The fate line? Or......THE VIKING DISEASE!!!! www.squidoo.com/duputrensMy mother and one certain cousin both suffer from this. I had a bout of it once where my third finger locked up into my palm. They shot it full of cortisone and it released. This kind of thing can make a pianist a tad nervous!

Well...you were not destined to be mega-famous and influential. Actually, if you don't have one, it just means that you did not commit to a specific course of action in this incarnation, prior to your arrival this time around.

Well...you were not destined to be mega-famous and influential. Actually, if you don't have one, it just means that you did not commit to a specific course of action in this incarnation, prior to your arrival this time around. upon closer examination of my palm, it would appear that I have no lines at all! or even fingerprints! I simply don't exist! Nothin is real! www.sheetudeep.com/palmistrylines.htmlThe Fate Line
This line rises from the base of the palm, and touches the Mount of Saturn, dividing the palm into halves. An absent fate line shows a person who is self-made and diligent. These people plan their entire life with meticulous detail, and leaves very little to chance. One fork to the Mount of Venus is indicative of a person with strong musical and literary pursuits. These people will almost always achieve celebrity status. The line ending in a fork on the Mount of Saturn shows a prudent, discreet and mysterious person. If the line forks towards the Mount of Mercury, the person is an achiever, with a gift for persuasion. A fork towards the Mount of Jupiter shows a person with a pleasant humanitarian approach. These people are also natural leaders. A fork in the beginning shows a traumatic childhood. This will lead to conflict, but the person will choose the right path later in life. A double line implies insecurity.
The branches of the fate line indicate the rise and fall of fortunes. A rising fate line indicates a successful career with great opportunities for prosperity. Dropping lines mean heavy losses, failure, and disappointments. A wavering line shows an indecisive and lethargic person who lives life on a totally materialistic level. An unusually deep line reveals an inheritance, and success that is handed down.hey, try this: www.dedicate.co.uk/hand/scan2.htm

This tour is a must see, I saw him in 93 with Booker T and The MGs and in 96 with Crazy Horse. Those were great shows, but last month was just legendary.
