Tempting, as The Daily Mirror was THE paper that kept an eye on the Beatles over the course of their career. The book "The Beatles Files" is a collection of their exclusive photos.

I don't have access, but I just did a quick search on Tara Browne and if you look at the previews there are some odd headlines from the middle of October and late December.
From Fri. October 14, 1966 (the day of the International Times launch where they had a big rave at the Roundhouse in London). The headline reads: "Guinness Heir And Two Sons Missing". October 15, 1966: "Guinness Babes Spirited Off By Grandmother" (The grandmother being Oonagh, and Tara's two sons being Dorian and Julian).
There's another one from Oct 15, 1966, page 1 of the Daily Mirror with Tara's photo. There's a Daily Express from Mon., Dec. 19, 1966, page 1 with what may be his photo and a headline which appears to read, "Tara's Cash For His Two Children" (meaning his inheritance).
Then there are a couple from Monday, December 19, 1966 (the day Tara supposed crashed his Lotus Elan and died). Headline: "Dead A Boy Who Had Everything" and "He Died To Save My Daughter" (Suki Poitier). "Suki Cuddled Dying Tara After Crash". Dec. 19, 1966: "Did Tara Die Saving Girl?", and "Crash As Guinness Heir Drove Suki Home".
November 1963, "Guinness Heir Tara Weds". (He married Noreen MacSherry).
There's another Daily Mirror from Jan 11, 1967, but I'm not sure what it might have about Tara Browne (his funeral?). It'd be great to be able to see the photos in high resolution and to read the articles. (Just type "Tara Browne" in the search box and you'll be able to see the previews).
