Did Ringo spread the PWR message in New York?

Notice the logo on Ringo's shirt. It says IF, which made me think of The King Is Naked's manifesto they claim was from George Harrison called 60IF
(I'd love to post this on that board, but the admin hasn't activated my account and it's been a few weeks since I applied)
hmmm...Is Ringo trying to tell us all something?

I think he's trying to tell us we can slow down global warming IF we tried, nothing related to PWR. It's still intriging though
