If we were doing a genealogical search, we would have quite alot of information to go on for Faul:
1.) He was born in 1935 [the 1967 Beatles Christmas record recorded in late November, 1967] There's about a 1 in 12 chance he was born in 1934.
2.) His father is a Romany [Faul's interview in the Barry Miles book and the ledger from the Newquay hotel during the MMT filming identifying himself as a Gypsy; and The Who song that says Faul's father was "black."]
3.) His mother left when he was 14 and was not a Romany [The Barry Miles book interview; The Who song.]
4.) His birthplace is Hertfordshire [The Newquay hotel ledger]
5.) His name is James or William, Shepherd or Campbell.
6.) His father was possibly a sargeant major in World War I [Faul's song Jet and the picture of Faul in uniform in the MMT video reading a book about the "Great War."]
We should be able to track that boy down.

We are a race of hillbillies and our history was documented in the Old Testament.The Beatles could be a reenactment of some of that history in story and song.The early years before '66 (year of the devil)was before the "Faul"'lol. Then "Eve" (played by Yucco)led to banishment.Faul was the serpent.It was called "Apple" records.I'm sure others can explain more.

That song by Roger Waters is incredibly revealing. That's about Faul, i.e., William Sheppard-Campbell, i.e., Aleister Crowley reincarnated. He's hanging out in California missing England (his home country), listening to shortwave hoping to pick up a broadcast from Britain, dialing "Jim" or James Paul McCartney the guy he's doppleganging for, and thinking about the red dragon (symbol of the British Crown) on a sea of green (the flag). Missing home, eh Ally?
By the way, where did the story of William Sheppard-Campbell being born in Quebec or Ottawa or Ontario come from?
How do we know the Black Hills means the Dakotas? Is there an area in England or Scotland where there are black hills and mining?
I may be wrong but I think Aleister Crowley was a member of Parliament for a short time. So if there's a reference in a song to that, that may be why.

I think it is time to reveal the real truth.
The Beatles did not travel to India to try and insert a soul , in this case of the real Paul, on anyone named Faul. When we released Sgt Pepper, the idea was to tribute Crowley yes. Paul and John were overly obcessed with Crowley, and they did believe Paul was Crowley reincarnated. They wanted to trans migrate the soul of Crowley to Paul, so once they knew about the Maharishi through George, they took the oportunity for granted.
Therefore why you hear "it was 20 years ago today"... when Crowley had passed. And you can see lots of poses in our albums that was inserted on purpose.
Alot of the times you people hear backward messages you assume its about Paul it is not. It's about Crowley.
Paul did leave the Beatles , and we did manage to get a double to play his part, mostly on interviews, and recording sessions here and there, but he came back. It had to do with drugs, at a time we had to remain clean. But for what its worth, Paul has always been the same person.
However, the double we used for a couple of months, was none other than William Junior Campbell, from Marmelade, therefore the reference to Marmelade skys on Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.
While Paul left, he spent sometime with Mal in Africa, changed his looks, to avoid recognition, before returning to us, at the time the Beatles decided it was time, they controled their image. Will still helped us from time to time, but only on studio.
Due to their connection to Crowley, if you check the sgt Pepper album you will see a picture of the Sgt, and a pair of stripes, and a fake mustashe. You take it all away from the good old Sgt and you got Crowley. Again, why on Magical Mystery tour you had the I WAS , beneath Paul, but everyone ignores the You with the image of Sgt Pepper, in between the I Was. Paul really believed by now to be Crowley Reincarnated.
A couple more references about it, can be found on Paul's solo Albums. Flowers in the dirt (flowers on the grave of sgt Pepper, with the album having the same colour as the flowers) had the This One song, wich the videoclip was about reincarnation and the Beatles time on India.

However, any Crowlian expert worth his weight in salt could easily point out the references used in this video and song: The problem with Crowley (rhyming with holy, no less, lol) is that for as much as he was correct on some issues, he hopelessly twisted others beyond repair, to the point of he becoming useless as a viable tool. In my opinion, that is. I'm glad Paul dropped most of that association. A Crowley reincarnate would or could never be the central issue of Paul's pursuits and goals, it's totally illogical. Hello EPS, and welcome to NIR. I do love an interesting tale, and you got right to it, no beating around the bush, heh.
Here is probably the only place on the internet where you could claim to be part of the process of creating Pepper and only be met with the mildest of rebukes, a good thing IMO. However don't assume that means your story is taken at face value, just that we're polite, but also we've been around the block many many times with storytelling.

I agree with Jude's comment (ignoring his satire) about the farm in Scotland. That had absolutely no meaning for Paul, we are baffled why he bought it as the urban trendsetter, and doubt whether he ever went up there. Whereas it had an immense meaning for Faul, who successfully projects the image of his having a 'home' up there, with shaggy dog, two kids, Linda, and fifty sheep. This culminated in Mull of Kintyre where with aid of Denny Lane he says this windsept area out on far-West of Scotland is the 'home' he always needs to come back to, wherever he travels in the world. He has to have some Scottish ancestry.
