Diet and excercise, Doc. Diet and excercise. ;D Actually, I have been skipping dinner since April, like, April 10th or so, and i think I have dropped about 12-15 pounds, a mere throw in the bucket to be sure, but, every little bit helps....... I may start "walking" again soon....... BTW, what do the red "x's" signify on David's torso? Did he have a little tune up? .........it's only a scratch, doc. Those X's came with the photo... ;D ;D ;D ;D hey, Doc, did you know King David is represented as the king of spades in a card deck? dig it!

Drummer At "Wrong" Gig Has The Right Stuffnew.music.yahoo.com/blogs/videogaga/48514/drummer-at-wrong-gig-has-the-right-stuff/Posted Mon Jun 7, 2010 2:34pm PDT by Lyndsey Parker in Video Ga Ga There's an old saying: Behind every wedding band is a frustrated rock 'n' roll drummer with deferred dreams of Tommy Lee/Keith Moon-style stardom. Or something like that. That certainly seems to be the case with gold-tuxedo'd cover-band vets Rick K. & The Allnighters. Their clip of a performance of ZZ Top's "Sharp Dressed Man," shot two years ago at Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg, Pennsyvania, has suddenly become a viral video sensation, thanks to beat-keeper Steve Moore's stadium-style, drumstrick-twirling, headbanging, face-pulling antics. As of this writing, the hilariously entertaining video (titled "Drummer Is At Wrong Gig") has received almost 2 million views on YouTube. If this drummer is at the "wrong" gig, then he don't wanna be right. . In a new interview in Philadelphia Weekly with the man now known as “The Viral Drummer," Moore (who started drumming at age 6 and has played with Rick K. for the past 10 years) expresses great surprise and delight over his newfound ce-Web-rity status--especially since his drumming idol, Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater, actually tweeted the video. "I don't care about money and all that, but to get that sort of respect, you know what I mean, on that level? That guy doesn't look at me and go, 'Oh, that guy's a joke.' That's huge to me, man!" . As for the video's "Drummer Is At Wrong Gig" title, Moore concedes: "I can clearly see where it would look like Tommy Lee or Keith Moon playing for Wayne Newton. I get it." But he hopes the title isn't a diss directed at his bandmates. He also hopes that the exposure from this video will lead to bigger and better opportunities for the Allnighters. . "I would love to think it's gonna affect things in a good way, and I know it will for me personally as far as endorsements and things like that. That's already started--I've already gotten calls from two or three different companies as far as that kind of thing....You hope they remember your name, but whether they will or not, I honestly don't know. Time will tell." . In the meantime, we hope Steve Moore enjoys his well-deserved 15 minutes of fame. Check out his website at themaddrummer.com.

Same for me, P(D). ;D Tornado in Brooklyn 9.16.2010 from fabrikstudioswww.youtube.com/watch?v=WfkryGkG6H8Tornado in Brooklyn 9.16.2010 (second video from fabrikstudios)www.youtube.com/watch?v=4uRbJIEnqCwNew York Tornado as it Hits South Brooklyn Port - 9.16.10 from Januszwelinwww.youtube.com/watch?v=TzV9K90-fx4"I started filming to get an image of all the lightning, but then realized there was a black column from the sky down to the water on the left... The Statue of Liberty is barely noticeable directly above the tail end of the Pepsi truck. Notice how fast it all starts moving about a minute in... Then, watch the driving rain on surface of the water. There was a moment of snow that I think is not visible. The waves of what look like fog rolling is actually water in the air. I'm not sure if the building was hit with something... At one point I turn around and try to show the rug is being picked up by the draft from under the door... It's all over in about 4 minutes."

I live on the West side (Jersey side) of Manhattan, and I have a 10 minute walk home from work. I was planning to stop at the grocery store, but luckily, I looked at the sky and determined that I had about 3 minutes to get the hell inside, or risk ending up in Kansas! We didn't get the tornado, but it was the most insane weather I've ever experienced. It went from nothing, to the apocalypse, back to nothing in about five minutes. This one gets pretty intense at about 1:38. Here's a video of horseshoe crabs on a Brooklyn sidewalk after the storm. vimeo.com/15041242
