Went to see a Mark Farner concert last night. (He was the lead singer for Grand Funk Railroad.) 'T was a small audience (about 300+), so he stayed after the show to sign autographs. Since my brother is in the hospital, I had him write a "Get well" note for him. The concert was all that could be hoped for, 'though the keyboard player looked like my father with long hair, which was, to say the least, disCONCERTing, so I tried to avoid looking at him. There were two black musicians who filled the roles of Don Brewer and Mel Schacher. I should have asked Mark about Terry Knight, but it didn't occur to me at the time. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Funk_Railroad <--- Mark's in the middle.

hmmm...Born to die <--- Are two flying, and two not?Born to Die is a 1976 album by Grand Funk Railroad. "The album is considered to be the group's most somber work, straying away from the upbeat and cocky attitude that was so prevalent on their previous albums, and focusing on bleak musical and lyrical content concerning death, social ignorance, and dying relationships."
