I am inclined to think that the video poster took some "artistic license" with what is there, but then again, the concept is worth consideration. The "3" at the ten oclock position from George's head certainly is a "happy" coincidence, and it is on the album cover. Other images certainly could be as well.

Abbey Rd. 'sited' LONDON - The most famous pedestrian crossing in popular music, Abbey Road, was designated yesterday a British site of national importance. The north London crossing, on the Beatles' Abbey Road album cover, is "no castle or cathedral but, thanks to the Beatles and a 10-minute photo shoot one August morning in 1969," is also part of our proud "heritage," said Britain's Minister for Tourism and Heritage.
