I have no concrete evidence as of yet, just speculation.
In the book/movie Harry Potter's mother is named Lily. She sacrificed herself for her son (Harry) by taking a killing curse which was aimed at her.
Harry Potter's father's name was James. (JPM?)
Sirus Black is Harry's uncle who gets killed when trying to protect him as well. (some have equated Paul with Sirius, the dog star)
Plus, Dumbledore's character is no doubt a Rosicrucian if there ever was any. LOL (He knows where the Philosopher's Stone is, is friends with Nicholas Flamel, always talks about how LOVE is the most powerful type of magic)
It may not be intimately connected to PID, but it has some strikingly similar themes, no?
I hope I'm not the only one here familiar with the books. I'd love to hear other POVs on this.

I elderberried paul Elder berry Folklore is extensive and can be wildly conflicting depending on region. In some areas the "elder tree" was supposed to ward off evil influence and give protection from witches, while other beliefs say that witches often congregate under the plant, especially when it is full of fruit. In some regions, superstition, religious belief, or tradition prohibits the cutting of certain trees for bonfires, most notably in Witchcraft customs the elderberry tree; "Elder be ye Lady's tree, burn it not or cursed ye'll be" -- A rhyme from an Oral tradition. If an elder tree was cut down, a spirit known as the Elder Mother would be released and take her revenge. The tree could only safely be cut while chanting a rhyme to the Elder Mother. The most powerful wand in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is a wand made of sambucus known as the "Elder Wand".In Monty Python and the Holy Grail, the keeper of the French castle taunts King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table by telling them that "[their] father smelled of elderberries." wiki pass the elderberry sauce, please!

Aahh...so is Paul's cor anglais symbolic of a magician's wand? I suppose in a way, instruments are magical tools. They create music, which is, when you actually think about it, a form of magick. Music can have powerful, long lasting effects on people.

Just realized. Harry's mom's full name is Lily Evans. (Mal's widow's name)
Makes me wonder if JK Rowling knows alot about this whole thing.

St Stephen with a rose, in and out of the garden he goes, Country garden in the wind and the rain, Wherever he goes the people all complain. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schutzstaffelkentroversypapers.blogspot.com/2006/11/occult-and-qabbalistic-symbolism-in.htmlezinearticles.com/?Tarot-Symbolism:-Lightning&id=5367847One of the most powerful cards within the Tarot is the Tower Tarot card. Its imagery is powerful, authoritative and, at times, daunting. As a representation of divine intervention, it heralds a total restructuring of one's belief systems. It is a reminder that one's faulty perceptions have led them astray and in order for balance to be achieved once more, there needs to be a letting go of one's old ways of thinking and behaving. The Tower Tarot card is one of the only cards in the Tarot deck that depicts lightning as a focal point. In this regard it serves an important purpose. It is the symbol of a divine presence, as if the hand of God has reached down into the mundane, everyday world. With lightning, comes a God consciousness. This is an acknowledgment that there is, indeed, something greater working in one's life.

I found an interesting video:
For those of you who are not familiar with the Harry Potter series, a Horcrux is an item or trinket that Voldemort uses to hide parts of his soul into, in his effort to become and remain immortal. The act of killing an innocent person is what causes a soul to split, so Voldemort goes around killing innocent victims, shredding his soul into bits and pieces, and putting those pieces into these inanimate items, which are now his horcruxes. Because these items now contain pieces of Voldemort's soul, he puts curses and enchantments around them which keep them from being easily destroyed, as well as hiding them in far off, hidden places.
Well, according to the creator of this video, (who professes to be a 20th degree Mason and a high ranking Lemurian), the horcrux in the movie is analogous to Crowley's magickal practice in which a child (boy or girl) is defiled (molested, probably) and from then on, the magician is able to steal the victim's life force from them at will. Sounds like being a psychic vampire of sorts.
I just thought someone here may have heard a bit more of this practice.

Perhaps it originally meant to convey innocence or virginity or something else..... the rest of it sounds a bit exaggerated

Harry Potter? Re: Does Harry Potter hold PID clues? potter (n.) late O.E. pottere, O.Fr. potier, from root of pot (1). First record of pottery is attested from late 15c., "a potter's workshop," from O.Fr. poterie (13c.), from potier. Meaning "pottery-ware" is first recorded 1785. Potter's field (1520s) is Biblical, a ground where clay suitable for pottery was dug, later purchased by high priests of Jerusalem as a burying ground for strangers, criminals, and the poor (Matt. xxvii.7). An older OE word for "potter" was crocwyrhta "crock-wright." a little magikian? Hath not the potter power over the clay? with a lightning bolt on his forehead?

Potter does not hold clues about PID specifically, but about the greater conspiracy at large. Specifically the 'alien/angel' contact, the 'rapture' event, the appearance of the Beast and a false peace, and the focus on Crowleyian Egyptian magick. Everything from the Beatles to the Stones to Kubrick to Rowling to Baum will be used to say 'here were the clues all along. You just didn't get them before because the world wasn't ready. I'm sure Paul was replaced because he attained enlightenment and evolved, but he'll come back on scene soon enough to point the way for the rest of us. Washington D.C.'s layout and symbology will finally be alluded to and things like the 'end of days' imagery and Masonic/Egyptian imagery at Denver airport will make sense. Then whammo- a God hating, lie believing, Beast loving society for the end times. The CIA and MI5 & MI6 have controlled many bands and moviemakers in an attempt to forward their agenda. Don't buy the lies. Love is the answer indeed- but it is not love under will. John 3:16. Romans 5:8. It is the unconditional love of God and Christ. Matthew 24:24
