Hi everyone! I'm only 25 but I was brought up on the Beatles music pretty much from the day I was born, so I've always been a huge fan. I stumbled on a PID website maybe five or six years ago, read it and kind of laughed it off, but for some reason over the past few days it popped back into my head and became a kind of obsession. So I did some google searches and found a few pretty much dead forums and finally stumbled on this one which seems to still be active! I look forward to doing a lot of reading and responding. Also, I am not the pennylane whos old posts show up in my profile. I just noticed that haha...Didn't want any confusion!

You may not find a lot to respond to, pennylane, if "Paul is Dead" (PID) is (kind of) your "obsession". Notwithstanding its title and the theme set forth at the top and the original concept behind the forum, the forum has very little to do with PID and everything to do with -- a lot of cobwebs that touch every subject OTHER THAN PID. I just searched randomly and found a recent video of "Badfinger" playing the song "Baby Blue". What does this have to do with PID? Nothing. Not a blessed thing. It's random "stream of consciousness" monologue, which is what the forum mostly consists of -- random meaningless "stream of consciousness" monologues that sometimes become random meaningless "stream of consciousness" dialogues. I mostly "troll" it (in a manner of speaking) looking for an occasional bit of content relevant to PID left over as an afterthought. I'm sorry if I might have thrown cold water on your newfound discovery, but I'm kind of an SOB that way sometimes

I just noticed that haha...Didn't want any confusion! and to think iameye convinced me that you were a harbinger of letter b's rearrival. what a strange word. get out now before the obsession takes control of your life! remember the key of helter skelter. what you talk about you project. i dont trust the all you need is love philosophy and i use this forum to act out a certain persona. iamaeye does the same thing but because shes a woman its more beautiful. im more of a menace. i naturally dont trust women. im sorry. im the lightning rod of this little experiment for the moment. youre only going to get the straight answers from me. iameye. if she left this probably would be a dead forum. i pull my weight in the most obnoxious way. but i really know the secret of all this. im the Dead Head. i mean im so into this i waited an hour just to provide this link: aw shit it wasnt what i planned i have to get up at 10 this morning to play music. i quit my job because of a profound LSD experience. i have no money. NO money. but love to the Nth degree. and the knowledge that babylon WILL fall. oh my. im going to wait and put the one i wanted to put up. "who stole the pudding?" nevermind... im really upset that i didnt post it. maybe never.

Featuring "baby Blue"? Actually, 69if, PID is all I ever talk about. Bond, James Bond ;D Watch Rusty Anderson

Welcome pennylane!
Since your relatively new at PID, let me offer some advice and tell you the first thing you should do is forget about the clues!
The clues help give support that something happened to Paul and that there was a subsequent cover-up. But when your first starting out it's really important to get to know the person who is Paul. We're so used to the Faul version of Paul that it's really been forgotten who Paul really was.
So instead, I recommend focusing on getting to know who Paul was... Study the photographs up until mid-1966. Listen to the way he talks and sings, look at the way he plays guitar, study his character, his personality, his mannerisms, his hobbies and interests. Study the chemistry he had with Jane, then see that it's not there with Faul.

The most important advice in researching anything is to do so with an unbiased mind. Don’t fall into the trap of holding double standards – in this case, idealizing one and demonizing the other based on a flimsily established change-over date. Look at everything imperically. Step into your research open-minded and prepared for anything. Yes, study Paul, and the other three. Go deeper than a surface level. Scrutinize and analyze every little thing, then tell me what you see.
There is a saying; if your premise is off, your findings will be off. After 6000 hours of combined research on this topic with one other colleague, we have found that both PIA and PID/PWR, though they mean well, are missing the big picture, and aren’t seeing the trees for the forest. And it seems like the reason is mainly that they don’t want to. As I’ve said before; idol worship: may cause blindness, denial and irritability.
