I have blocked out the main sections of the album in different coluors. I see a shadow of a man lieing across Road. I see a car and a steering wheel. The girls leg looks like it fits onto the girls elbow. The three is clear. The crack - what does this represent. And what appears like a hand of finger pointing at the shadows head. Perhaps the crack symbolizes blood dripping down. But what is the ultimate meaning behind that? Perhaps the crack in the wall is a reference to William Blake's quote: “If the doors of perception were cleansed every thing would appear to man as it is, Infinite. For man has closed himself up, till he sees all things through narrow chinks of his cavern.” (or, cracks in the wall). Aldous Huxley used this as inspiration for his book The Doors of Perception on his experience with drugs. He is also featured on the cover of Sgt. Pepper's. "Now I find I've changed my mind, I've opened up the doors."  Stairway to Heaven/Kubrick's monolith. Near the end of The Truman Show, Truman notices something is strange with his world when he sees a yellow VW Beetle passing by in a noticeable pattern.  Intro to The Shining  super-imposed. The VW Beetles are mirroring each other.  They overlap each other when one is flipped. |

You're primarily the reason I rarely come here anymore. Mission successful. Or unsuccessful.
