I wonder what these people's reasonings are for not eating meat? Supposedly being more "healthy" but you know what? They still get old and they don't look all that great for being something that is supposedly more healthy. And they still die from diseases as those who eat meat and fat.
I eat meat and I eat real butter and not that crap called margarine. And I don't look as old and wrinkled as most of these over-rated people and some of these so called stars have had their share of cosmetic procedures. I try to eat poultry and meats that aren't injected with hormones, which organic and grass fed products are more expensive. But what it costs to eat out one meal, I can purchase one of those products and have at least 4 meals from it, 2 for me and 2 for my sister. Also GMO foods can be bad, so even if someone claims to be vegan or vegetarian, if they are eating GMO foods, they are not eating healthy even if there is no meat or dairy in their diet.
So being vegan, vegetarian isn't all it's cracked up to be.
