There used to be a member here who went by the name TKP. S/he seems to have left the forum around 2005 or so.
I don't have any information on him/her, but his/her avatar picture was as shown below, though smaller:
Due to the small appearance of it as an avatar, both JoJo and I had presumed it was possibly a shot taken from
the performance of Shakespeare done by the Beatles early on. For whatever reason, JoJo saved the image.
Clare Kuehn noticed it, and examined it, wondering what it was from.
A friend of hers, Rutheria Matheos, used a computer program to increase the dpi level in the image,
and posted the result on facebook at this page: www.facebook.com/groups/paulisdeadworkgroup/.
That image is shown below:
This clearly is not from the Shakespeare performance. It may be an image of Paul's face after the
legendary automobile accident. Even more disturbingly, it may be a post-mortem image.
To understand what it is you are looking at, I will mention that the white blob above this person's hair
seems to be a piece of machinery of some sort: a light, a camera, or an X-ray device.
There is a hand under the jaw, with the base of the palm facing the camera, and fingers under the jaw.
The fingers are not visible in the photo.
We have had discussions here about whether Paul was beheaded. Usually the Los Angeles billboard at
Capitol records where the head of Faul had been removed was cited as a possible indication of it.
I myself never was convinced, because I simply couldn't imagine Ringo cheerily singing
"You were in a car crash, and you lost your hair" on the White Album if, in fact, Paul had
actually been killed, or been beheaded in an accident. It seemed it would have been totally
callous.
However that is what happened, according to the "Memoirs of Billy Shears" book, which is,
admittedly "fiction". Some people examining the picture feel that the picture shows someone
in a body bag (around the face). Is it Paul? It looks as if it could be.
Someone appears to be doing a dental exam, the way I see it.
In the Billy Shears book, it is said that a dental exam was done at the morgue to determine the identity
of the person.
So, any road, we went to see the dentist instead
Who gave her a pair of teeth which wasn't any good at all
So I said I'd marry, join the f-ing navy and went to sea
In my broken chair, my wings are broken and so is my hair
- Revolution 9
I wish to thank TKP, JoJo, Clare Kuehn, and Rutheria Matheos for the preservation and presentation of this image.
Make of it what you will.
