Here's the content of the site Ilras sited:
"John Lennon's encounter with aliens
John Lennon once had an encounter with aliens, according to physic Uri Geller. The legendary Beatle, who was murdered in 1980, told Uri he was visited by extra-terrestrials when he was in bed with wife Yoko Ono in 1975. He explained to Uri, who told Britain's Sunday Telegraph newspaper: "I was asleep in my bed, with Yoko in the Dakota Building. And suddenly, I wasn't asleep. There was this blazing light, shining through the door. It was like someone was out there with searchlights, or the apartment was on fire. "I leapt out of bed and there were four people. They were little, bug-like creatures, with big bug eyes and little bug mouths and they were scuttling at me like roaches." Lennon insisted he wasn't on drugs and definitely saw the 'aliens'. He added: "I wasn't high. I've been high a lot of times, and I never saw anything on LSD that was as weird as those f***in' bugs. "I wasn't dreaming and I wasn't tripping." Lennon also claimed the beings had given him a metal, egg-like object before they left, which he gave to Geller, saying: "It's too weird. If it's my ticket to another planet, I don't want to go there.".....

Fascinating. Was he the rightful heir of the egg? Did they figure they could entrust him with it, of all Earthlings? Was he supposed to know, on a subconscious level, what should be done with it? Was it a symbolic egg? Is that why he was "the eggman"? Was it for Yoko to sit on 'til it hatched? Inquiring minds want to know. And what did Uri do with it? (Hide it, I hope.)
When I was six years old I had a nocturnal visit from somebody. There was no bright light; just a small person coming into the room. Accompanied by others. It was 1956, and no one knew anything about "greys". Being near-sighted, I thought a fellow child was coming into the room, and it wasn't 'til the "monsters" were at my bedside that I knew these weren't people. They smelled odd (like cinammon as someone has said). I was scared beyond any chance for me to scream. One touched my foot, and "that's all she wrote". I don't remember anything after that. It's was a very frightening experience. I'm surprised John was able to leap out of bed. Usually people are either immobilized or just frozen with fear under the circumstances.
