I really get mad and frustrated when the PID research community is suckered into paying for something again that some of us have already paid for multiple times. Beware The Memoirs and its silly,phoney story that Billy wishes to push on us just so it makes him look better! This book is a fairy tale...it has no evidence or facts to prove any of it happened the way it claims! Do not be foolish to waste your money on something you already own just for some little added dubious information and footnotes! Beware of The Memoirs and its latest edition! Why didn't this author just give us a sequel with new dubious info? Why just rehash an old book again in a new form that has already been done numerous times? It stinks of a con job to suck our community out of more money! Remember...Billy loves making us pay for his lies and falsehoods!

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I, for one, LIKE the Memoirs. At least the old edition. Haven't seen the new one. LOTS of intriguing 'connect the dots' info in it, and well worth the read, imho. By its own admission it is 'a work of fiction', but even that is said with a nod and a wink. Besides, where else would you discover that this pretty-much-forgotten Rolling Stones song is the Stones' commentary on Faul? The Rolling Stones - Something Happened To Me Yesterdaywww.youtube.com/watch?v=Va0Fm6zZLbcFits like a glove. In the OJ case! But seriously, it does! As well as this one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADtnUC_ctNkhello Ruby in the dust (dead)has your band begun to rust?Read the memoirs! It's a treasure trove for those who appreciate it.

"While the Sun is bright, Or in the darkest night."
The Sun is a common theme in songs revealing what happened to The Beatles because they were killed on the solstice in 1964 (While the Sun is bright) and it happened in New Zealand (Or in the darkest night)
I think that whenever artists sell their souls to the devil, they are shown what happened to The Beatles, and told that it could happen to them. As Illuminists they tell the public what has happened but they don't do it directly - they do it cryptically. If you were shown a film of The Beatles being put into a vessel and dropped in the ocean to be drowned alive your revelatory song might come out like this:
"It's the terror of knowing what this world is about, Watching some good friends scream "LET ME OUT!" Under pressure."

I have read it and bought it in several different forms by mistake. The interpretations of lyrics without confirmation from the writers of the songs themselves means nothing unfortunately, and does not constitue real evidence of anything...especially the death of Paul. None of this would be considered as real evidence in a court of law. The Memoirs is entertaining...but it is not based on any hard facts or evidence that would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt a PID scenario. It is fiction and nothing more IMHO. And I,for one, will not be fooled into buying a book again that I already own in several versions. PID needs hard evidence...not what some lyrics in a song may or may not mean. Sorry B...that is just how I feel. I'm frustrated that after sll these many years of PID research that we can't get hard evidence to prove that something horrible happened to the real Paul.

If you are referring to these lines;
"Oh the singer, he looks angry At being thrown to the lions And the bass player, he looks nervous About the girls outside And the drummer, he's so shattered Trying to keep on time And the guitar players look damaged They've been outcasts all their lives"
The PID parrallels are non-existent IMHO. It appears to me to be Mick commenting on The Stones themselves dealing with stardom and playing large concerts..."the singer is thrown to the lions"...would be the hungry fans who can never get enough. It is not a reference to John's Life With The Lions IMO. But...with nonsense lyrics such as these you can read just about anything into them. You can do this with almost any song ever written...it bothers me that people take THE MEMOIRS Beatle lyrics explanations as fact...when it is proof of nothing at all.

I've looked in most of my usual nooks of the web for an extralegal copy, but it seems PIDers are not the sharing types.
