I like it when there is more than one faul. Last year we hardly had any winter, so that was kind of like two fauls. Overall I think faul is my favorite season. Other seasons I like are parsely, sage, rosemary, and babies.
Yes I'm a sickman, like freud, (who replaced preud, and cometh before the faul, during summer). The Bible says it is all Adam's fault, cuz he fell.
April fauls is a crazy day during spring. A couple weeks later is tax day in America, thanks to all the fauliticians. Okay I need to stop now because this is getting awfaul.

I think there is only one Faul.... He's just a work-in-progress.

Why can't it be all the same guy? I think the Bill from 1967 is the same Bill we have today.... He just constantly gets upgraded and now his memory is almost full ;D

Mellow Yellow, I know what you mean. In a way the Bill that has been presented in late 66 is the same that I saw on stage twice in 1993. Same looks, voice, mannerisms. But in the first years of replacement he was such a work in progress that he constantly changed face. It feels like there was a different one every few weeks then, and on the other hand it all adds up to the one we see now. That leads to some heavier questions, in 67 he also started up a lot of side hobbies (filming, editing a magazine, playing other instruments beside bass) They made 2 albums and a movie in 67. Wouldn't he have needed to rest and walk around with bandages covering his face? That leads to the deeper question...what is reality? More to come, but I'll leave you with one of my favorite "in the wild" pics from april 67 All Love Jan

Don't forget the MMT skull feast photo with two Fauls in the same room. I believe this is the picture being referenced: 60if.proboards21.com/index.cgi?board=Essential&action=display&thread=1114512268&page=1Certainly the MMT bus had lots of doubles in it, and possibly none of the originals!Which kind of brings me to this: I think we've been missing the whole point of "Beatles 3" on the MMT drum, and in Bill's signature. Remember Sir George Martin's coat of arms? Sure you do: 3 Be(a)tles, but one bigger than the other two. I am he (1) as you are he (2) as you are me (3) people with the same identity! And we are all together! Not Paul and Faul, but Paul and Faul and FFaul (3 Pauls) Not Ringo and Fringo, but Ringo Fringo and FFringo (3 Ringos) Not George and Feorge, but George and Feorge and Eric. ;D Not John and Faux John, but John, Faux John and "Charlie Brill" 3 sets o' Beatles! Working as a team. Remember Apollo's post about 3 Shirley Temples being on the cover of Pepper? "Why? She ain't that cute."But why? In religious traditions, the deity, or "all that is" is often described as a trinity. In Christianity it's expressed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. A three-part expression of the deity is the underlying foundation of what manifests as physical reality. Or simply put, our reality has three parts: protons, neutrons and electrons, essentially. And even that's not true, it's actually a manifestation of two double helixes of energy around a neutral 'ground' point in mathmatical variations of 3, 6, and 9, but that's for another day. Anyway, one part of the trinity is associated with death. In Christianity, it's the Son that died. The Son is the word that spoke forth the manifest creation, or its source, so to speak. The one that ordained the creation of this world is now dead (to it.) Evidentally, for a star to be "legit", there have to be 3 versions of him or her, and the "original" has to die to fulfill their part as "the Son". Don't ask me why. I'm not part of "the star making machinery behind the popular song" as Joni Mitchell once put it. It's sick. Maybe they just have to appear to die. Or so one might hope, but apparently the game is played for keeps. One and one and one is THREE Beatle groups, and "we are all together!" Getting back to the "Bozos on the bus"; the FREAKS on the bus taking a magical mystery tour, if none of them were the originals. Message? We aren't either. The Bozos taking this magical mystery bus ride of Earthly life (you and I) aren't the real versions of ourselves. So in the iamaphoney series of the Rotten Apple, # 39, Bill says, "And so with friends like these [CLOWNS], who needs life?" Meaning of course, "Who needs the grief and aggravation of life that isn't even the true manifestation of it, now that its creator has moved on?" And who would dare say such a thing, other than the King of Cosmania, the "young Maximus, him" anyway? But, of course, there is a reason to be alive until you've "made the grade" to pass on to a better life.

funny you mention the 2 shadowmembers for 1 real member. Getting slightly OT again, The Smashing Pumpkins just today released the video for their comeback single Tarantula. In it most bandmembers are surrounded by 2 shadowmembers, and one of the bassplayers shadows reminds me a lot of the bodybuilding Bill from 68. Farfetched I know, but clues are everywhere. Here's the vid, enjoy it at least for the fact that rock is still alive www.spinner.com/2007/07/02/video-premiere-smashing-pumpkins-tarantulaThe Pumpkins always bring the magick and the pink beams All Love Jan

what mage are you thinking of valis? International Times?

Post by Valis on Jul 3, 2007 1:26:17 GMT -5
yes International Times.
Ofcourse he may only have been involved in name. I was just showing how he became interested in a lot more than singing, songwriting and playing bass suddenly in 67. I don't know how long that mag ran, but all I've ever seen of it was that one cover with the 2 pics of Paul with the cowboyhat next to himself. May be interesting to dig more into that.

4000, that is a great post. You've brought up some very interesting points ! You're right, Valis. Since the birth of the video age, it seems that many different recording artists have alluded to the "doubles program".

Another photo of the 1st Faul: Paul, for comparison: Paul's outer ear is rounded. Faul's has an odd shape to it. Their ears do not match each other !

Something occurred to me, on the thread about Bill and Ringo on Larry King, someone mentioned about Bill being replaced last year.
Watching the program I noticed that FFaul's nose appeared different looking than Faul's profile even as shortly as the Heather Mills nightmare divorce settlement story. His eyes were brown, as we have seen the aged Faul with blue eyes.
Could it be that the Faul that was on Larry King was perhaps this first Faul we see in the 1967 pics that doesn't quite look like the Bill we have come to know?
He didn't look like the Bill who was missing a tooth in that one thread with the firehat superimposed on him. Or the other aged Faul/Bill pic that was used in comparison.
Could it be that the two Fauls are still being used?
It could make sense as to how the answers Faul gave on Larry King seemed so generic..because the Faul wasn't as eloquent even as when Bill gave interviews. Even Bill had more personality in previous interviews.
Just a thought.
