Eventually people will become so incensed or fed up that they will leave the internet in droves. Maybe that's what they want to happen. But, if the exploratory, informative, and archival aspects of the internet are kiboshed by corporate fist tightening, I see people losing interest and DSL and cable subscriptions dropping.
If it becomes just one more big advertisement------well, you get my drift. Just another money suck.

It's the funniest thing, someone posted a slowed down version of Hello Goodbye. Even weirder is that the video is reversed, so it looks like George and John are playing lefthanded, and Faul is playing righthanded! Ringo just looks drunk beyond belief! youtube.com/watch?v=

Youtube put a little soccer ball on their vidoes because of the world cup. The button is supposed to be a vuvuzela. Anyway, if you click on it sounds like, "I'm not alone". Or maybe it could be "I'm not in love". It's really creepy. Here you can find the soccer ball button on this Faul & U2 video (while it lasts). www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfw7TrTVtVs
