from the 1973 McCartney TV Special: from a photo from 1966: Hmmmm. The undead Mr. Epstein. Perhaps John Titor can explain this one. TO the best of my perception, both men in left profile------it's the same man. Now, either both are Epstein or NEITHER are Epstein. But THAT person survived at least into 1973........

I think the second pic is the alleged Frian. No time right now to check, I'll retract if necessary..

To me he looks more like the fat man that was in the back of that limo, but maybe it could be Brian Epstein. Now there is this other photo from 1972 where a mystery man bearing a remarkable resemblance to Brian is seen walking behind Aileen Guinness. The shot was taken on June 12, 1972 oustide London's law courts after Aileen won a High Court claim for the return of eight paintings.

From Tomy Bramwell's book, Magical Mystery Tours - My Life with the Beatles: I guess one of ours is flipped, honestly don't know which one, although his watch is on his left wrist, and he was right handed I believe? A close up, for those that would like a better look:

I've often spoken up about how I doubt there was a "Frian", but yeah, even I'll admit that the man at the "All You Need is Love" session looks nothing like him and everything like the man in that '73 McCartney special.

Slight chin difference. Oh, my much more difference than that. The line of the nose, the angle inclination from the face in profile, is radically different, in that the the mean variance between all noses among humans is only a small percentage. The left nose is much more convex, and projects outward and rolls down in a curve, the nose on the right has a straighter bridge with a tiny break in angle at one point; the tip is entirely more bulbed. But altogether the nose on the left appears longer in comparison to the height of the head. The fellow on the left has decidely (let not these comparitive statements mislead) Hebrew or Semitic features; the fellow on the right is some kind of Norman/Swedish/Irish mutt that seems non-indicative with an Ashkenazi or Sephardic background--which often is no indication at all, I realize, but sometimes is. Somehow though, the photograph on the left looks as though the face is spliced onto the head and hair in post-production......I am not saying that it is, but the contrast and smooth surface details in the picture make it a little vague...... still, its a great comparison on many levels thank you for posting it

When did Brian allegedly die? Was the "All You Need Is Love" telecast after Brian's Death? Just thinking of the timeline...That one pic of Frian and Faul looks like the set of AYNIL...
The man in the video thought to be Brian doesn't really look like either Brian or Frian... And the pic of the guy in that car looks like he had some strange plastic surgery or they really did a number on the touchups ..

The original story was that Brian died around the same time that Paul did.

The Beatles performed All You Need Is Love for the first ever Global Satellite link up on 25 June '67, Brian died around 27 August that year (I say around as he was found then but could have been dead a day or so before, I'm not sure)
On a different note Rita has abbreviated it to "AYNIL", now perhaps I'm being puerile (most likely) but could that be an in-joke, like LSD?
Think about it.....

This is the defininition of puerile: adolescent: displaying or suggesting a lack of maturity; "adolescent insecurity"; "jejune responses to our problems"; "their behavior was juvenile"; "puerile jokes"
PP, why would you think that anything that you suggested would sound adolescent ?
Who do you think the abbreviaion "AYNIL" is an in-joke for ?
If Brian was indeed replaced, it was Frian who "supposedly" died sometime in late August, 1967. For all we know, that also could've been staged. There might not even be a body in the grave of Brian Samuel Epstein. Or maybe they might've had the decency to put Brian's body or ashes there, once it was established. Who knows ?

Correct me if I'm wrong Plastic Paul, but are you saying sound it out?

Post by plastic paul on May 23, 2006 17:42:39 GMT -5
Quite correct JoJo....
(Hangs head in shame!)
Sounds like something John would do, then laugh at the masses for singing along obliviously, especially as they were (i may be a little off here) commissioned to do write it weren't they?

I dunno.. I think they really just wanted to say All You Need Is Love, a simple statement.
It's quite possible that the schoolboy side of John got a chuckle out of the anacronym it made, were he to notice.
