Will Paul be back as Superman?

The Sgt. Pepper run-out groove gibberish reversed says, "Will Paul be back as Superman?" And in the Magical Mystery Tour booklet there is a Superman drawing. I think I found where the Beatles referenced that from. . .
Murray the K (Kaufman) was a disc jockey for New York radio station WINS and in 1964 he helped introduce the Beatles to America. I was reading his 1966 book, MURRAY THE K TELLS IT LIKE IT IS, BABY. Bound between pages 32 and 33 are 7 actual pages from a Superman comic book of January, 1966 (#182.) I have no way of uploading this to the discussion board so I'll describe the storyline.
Superman flies to Englnad and gets a job as a DJ--Clark the "K" King. He auditions British groups to select the next big musical act. A manager named Limehouse Lew wants his group, The Picadilly Jailhouse Trio, chosen. Superman sees a musician, Clive Duncan, who dresses up in a Superman costume, a cat tail and claws and calls himself The Super Cool Cat. The fans are wild about the musician, so Superman as Clark the K, chooses him. Limehouse Lew sprays Clive with a knockout spray to prevent him from performing. Superman finds Clive too groggy to perform and steps in as Super Cool Cat. Clive recovers and thanks Clark the K for the publicity. Limehouse Lew tries to blackmail Superman into giving him money or he (Lew) will expose Clive Duncan to--? Before he can say who, Superman sends him packing.
My speculation? The Beatles were hinting that Paul was Clive trying to go solo, or, possibly, that Murray the K was trying to help Paul establish himself as a solo artist.

I presume that in the comic, Clark the K was Clark Kent, and the listeners didn't know that he was
really Superman, right?

"Murray the K reached his peak of popularity in the mid 1960s when, as the top-rated radio host in New York City, he became an early and ardent supporter and friend of The Beatles. When the Beatles came to New York in February, 1964, Murray was the first DJ they welcomed into their circle, having heard about him and his Brooklyn Fox shows from American acts who visited England. A comment: WINS went from a music format to a news format in April 1965.
Murray left WINS in February of 1965, and went to WOR-FM, but FM radio was in its infancy at the time.
Most people didn't even own FM radios, so Murray "dropped out of sight" for most listeners
just as The Beatles were at their peak.
WABC and WMCA had already taken up the mantle of being the "official Beatles station" **
for most New York City listeners, and although Murray was a Beatle friend,
he is not who most people remember hearing on the radio when the Beatles arrived in New York.
Dan Ingram, Cousin Brucie, and Scott Muni of WABC were.
A few may have been listening to 'Dandy' Dan Daniel on WMCA.

One last thing: I don't know how common the name Clive is in England, but Clive Davis was the
person who signed up rock groups for Columbia Records for many years, starting in the 1960s.

I've heard the alternate take of the run-out groove backmask, and there were a couple of panels from the comic that I didn't include in the original summary that would explain that: Clark the K meets a group of girl fans who mob him and rip his shirt revealing his Superman uniform. He kisses them all, leaves them swooning, and flies off. BTW, George Harrison wrote a foreword for Murray the K's book, so the Beatles would have gotten a copy.
