Nobody understands this thread because there's no point to it. It's either a joke, or someone trying to look more important than they actually are. You can babble on about Poe and Sinatra and puzzles until the world ends, but until you come off your high horse and tell us what you claim to know, you're just another IAAP wannabe that's confusing everybody and stopping us from finding out what really happened to Paul.

At the bottom of the bass drum head underneath "The Beatles" appears to be a toadstool.
keithm0on, not sure what you mean by "holier-than-thou responses" at all. My response was meant jokingly, really. Hope you weren't offended as it was not an intentional slight.

I was referring to how my post about non of this making sense was basically answered with "yes it dos lol". You haven't done anything to offend me.

no one is stopping you from understanding anything I know there are many here who feel that this kind if response is head games, and it is. However, in this case I will not go so far as to say that it is done with malice (though it indeed can be done with malice). No, in this case it is done with malus, and that can make a person feel just as bad. What iameye is saying, if I may be so bold, is that every person here is free to do the work necessary to understand the mystery that is before them. The mystery is presented in a language of wordplay, picture puns, mirror images, and other head trips. I have tried to show you some basics of how to read this language by giving you explicit explanations for certain things. You must pay attention to who is on the cover. You must find out who they are, what they did, said, wrote, painted, built, etc. You must pay attention to what their name is. You must be alert to how they are juxtaposed on the cover with respect to one another. You must notice little details like where the TV antenna points, where Tarzan is looking, the emblem on Ringo's hat, the "ornament" on Diana Dors' wrist, the fact that John's French Horn has no mouthpiece. You even need to pay attention to which particular picture of a person was selected. Is it a still from a movie or a photo from an album cover? Which movie? Which cover? There are all manner of tricks used to hide secrets in plain sight. -j

This photo of Shirley Temple was used on Sgt. Pepper. You can see it right next to Diana Dors. It is a promotional still from the film Bright Eyes. The film: *Takes place primarily at an airport. *Introduced the song, "On the Good Ship Lollipop." *Features the same dog that played Toto in The Wizard of Oz. *... This is what you have to do people. Collect all the relevant facts about every item on Sgt. Pepper, even if they seem unimportant. Then, using every angle of wit and wordplay you can think of, you must search for the connective tissue. You have to "go to town at the library." -j P.S. Look at her hat. Broken wings, or propellerhead, or both? Haha!
