Relevant lyrics from the "The Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking" song
(also known as "5:01 AM") posted above by P(D)enny La(i)ne:
These are the pros and cons of hitchhiking
These are the pros and cons of hitchhiking
Oh babe, I must be dreaming
I'm standing on the leading edge
(of an airplane wing in the video)The Eastern seaboard spread before my eyes
"Jump" says
Yoko Ono "I'm too scared and too good looking" I cried
"Go on", she says
"Why don't you give it a try?
Why prolong the agony; all men must die"
Do you remember Dick Tracy?
Do you remember
Shane?
Child: "And mother wants you" *
Could you see him selling tickets
(possible reference to MMT photo)Where the buzzard circles over
Child: "Shane"
The body on the plain
(once Roger [Paul] had jumped off the wing)("on the plane")Did you understand the music
Yoko? **
Or was it all in vain?
Child: "Shane"
The bitch said something mystical "Herro"
So I stepped back on the
kerb again

Other interesting tidbits:
About the movie "Shane":
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shane_(film)"A mysterious stranger named Shane (Alan Ladd) drifts into an isolated western valley. It soon
becomes apparent that he is a gunslinger, and he finds himself drawn into a conflict between
simple homesteader Joe Starrett (Van Heflin) and powerful cattle baron Rufus Ryker (
Emile Meyer),
who wants to force Starrett and every other homesteader in the valley off the land. Shane accepts
a job as a farmhand,
but finds Starrett's young son Joey (Brandon DeWilde) drawn to him for his strength and skill with a gun. Shane himself is uncomfortably drawn to Starrett's
wholesomely charming wife, Marian (Jean Arthur)."

See Emily "play".
(But not with Wilde DeBrandon ;D)
Roger Waters may be telling a story about adultery and homosexual attraction
in this song, referencing certain Beatles-associated characters.
That is to say: he may be telling you something about the Beatles-related characters.
If you scroll down this site:
www.sergent.com.au/shane.html you will see
the cover of the Shane album called "Straight Straight Straight", which is curious, given that
"straight" is a term referencing standard sexual preference, as opposed to "gay".
Further down you will see the cover for the album "Fire Exit",
which may have to do with the
exit of a Fireman, or something.
This Shane Hales is the same person who sang the "Saint Paul" song that sold in Australia;
the "Australian Terry Knight", you might say.
At the bottom of the article you see the album cover "Shane", which features
a doubleimage of him, one of which has an "eye of Horus" on its palm.
Don't suppose this might, in anyway, suggest that Paul made a "fire exit", and Faul is a double.
Just a coincidence, that's all.
Last, but not least, on the "Straight Straight Straight" album, Shane may be sitting in the yard
at Forlands
Farm, the wreckage of which evidently shows up at the end of
this recent youtube video posted by one of the alleged 'nutters'
associated with iamaphoney.
Forlands Farm ties in with music from The Band, and their album "Big
Pink".
Supposedly the Beatles and Bob Dylan hung out there after Woodstock (or something like that).

* "Mother wants you" references a scene in the movie Shane:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shane_(film)"As Shane rides away, Joey calls after him, "Pa's got things for you to do!
And Mother wants you. I know she does." The movie closes with Joey shouting "Shane! Come back!" as he watches Shane riding into the mountains."
However in the song, where the fellow is about to jump off an airplane wing, the suggestion
may be along the lines of: your heavenly Mother ("Mother Mary") wants you, so go ahead and jump.
Holy Van Halen, Batman! Another possible linkage of Paul ("Can you take me back where I came from?")
McCartney being on a heavenly mission, cut short by his lack of heart for the job of playing the role
of the returned Messiah. Yoko, then, in the 5:01 song, is in the role of the devil, tempting
"Jesus"/"Saint Paul" McCartney to
go ahead and jump off the cliff, because
the angels will be obliged to intervene and break his fall.
This is the story of the devil tempting Jesus that is told in the Bible.
(In the movie Shane, the child is "tempting" Shane to stay in a state of corruption, basically.)
** "the body on the 'plane' " is followed by the line: "Did you understand the music, Yoko?"
He appears to be accusing her of murdering someone whose body was found on a plane.
Gosh, I didn't even get to Linzi Drew! ;D
(shown below) (Everyone knew her as 'Nancy'
)
