Sing a song of sixpence Sing a song of sixpence a pocket full of rye, Four and twenty blackbirds baked in a pie. When the pie was opened the birds began to sing, Oh wasn't that a dainty dish to set before the king? The king was in his counting house counting out his money, The queen was in the parlour eating bread and honey The maid was in the garden hanging out the clothes, When down came a blackbird and pecked off her nose! The nursery rhyme Sing a song of sixpence or blackbirds baked in a pie always end with the tweaking of a child's nose! "During the Medieval times, there were occasions when the cook in the house of a wealthy knight did indeed put live birds (often pigeons, but I'm sure it could just as easily have been blackbirds) inside a huge pastry crust, on his own initiative. This was seen as a great joke and the cook would usually have a real pie waiting to bring in when the birds had been released." Just a interesting tidbit to follow up iameye's post. Nursery rhymes in general are interesting and strange. The origins and meanings of such rhymes are usually unusual things to say to children but handed down from generation to generation without much thought given to the reasoning whatsoever. Oh wasn't that a dainty dish to set before the king?

I'll bet that photo spread is from the Macca Funhouse area of the interwebs. That's a pretty good presentation of the "Paul-never-had-a-replacement" illusion. If I didn't know better, I might almost be persuaded..

Idiot. oh my..... so am I an idiot for seeing the same things most everybody else around here sees, or am I an idiot for complimenting the staff of Macca Funhouse illusionists on their hard work? It's probably the latter. I'll just keep my compliments to myself from now on!

It's probably the latter. I'll just keep my compliments to myself from now on! When someone posts over 20 sets of images proving that Paul looks like Paul, it's no illusion. How arrogant you must be to think that whatever images you use to prove your point of view isn't every bit as much of an illusion as theirs. You really don't "see" anything if you think for even a second that the Macca Funhouse crew had to work hard to find images of Paul that lined up.

I need to step in and ask "What's the ploblem?" (Though not one of you will get the reference) because this is stupid. Okay, so we all believe different things. We don't need to insult each other. While we're on "Illusions", some people might need to question whether or not their maturity is so before they start calling people all sorts. I might think that the poetry and all-seeing eyes et al don't have a lot to do with this whole thing*, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna call those who do "idiots" or worse. Point is, Most new people see that their POV (whichever it is) is being argued across the spectrum. For some reason they feel the need to throw stones at the others. We're all human, none of us are murderers or psychopaths (to my knowledge, at least)...so why can't we just agree to disagree and get the hell along? That's me, throwing my 2 Great British pennies out there, I hope someone agrees, but as I say, it doesn't matter!

www.star-notes.com/Linda Goodman wrote:"After a careful study of several photographs of Paul, taken before and after November, 1966, it was indisputably clear to me that the eyebrows, nose, ears, and eyelids were markedly different in the two 'Pauls'. No way, in my opinion, could the two men be the same."
With the stars strongly supporting the car crash story, I had no honest choice but to agree with Professor Glazier's claims." (that Paul had been in a car crash, and died)The poem she wrote:"The Puzzlement of 28 IF"alas and alack, alas and alack, what have we here? kiss a red carnation black - with one blue tear double, double, time-track trouble pick a strawberry four leaf clover play it backwards, play it backwards, play it over don't cry, little lass, don't cry he's still alive......he didn't die he's writing songs for the three blind mice and the farmer's wife did you ever hear such a tale in your life? step aside girl, and let him pass walkin' barefoot through the grass and Yeah, Yeah, Yeah! Oh, Hey, hey, Hey! isn't it groovy, like a Christmas day? he's still around, in London town with the farmer's wife and the three blind mice play it backwards, listen twice...three blind mice then thank a song of sixpence if you're bright enough to see bright enough to see.... And Paul oh, Paul, dear Paul, the gentle one (see how they run...see how they run?) sing your Noel songs still sweetly but do take care now, won't you, Luv? when they shove up close to hear you please take caution and beware of those flash bulbs poppin' near you for 'tis written on an ancient scroll that the eyes are the windows of the soul See how they run after Paul, the gentle one? but the eyes, ah yes! the eyes are the windows of the soul (end of poem) Thank you Letter B. The best astrologers are psychic. Here is 8/28/1966 interview. www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnCWQMWEUW8At 4:21 does Paul say come on john, tell them what you meant. Looking through Bob Spitz book, there seem to be clues. Very subtle. page 695. Disconsolate Brian "This was to have been for Paul, especially for tonight, but he can't come". page 786 - George Martin telling Paul he should be lilting into the half beat when Paul building up a rage all afternoon, snapped "well you come down and sing it."Geoff Emerick quits the next day. I've been asking the I Ching about this. I won't post the answers but some might want to ask, someone who has studied post 66 Paul for years would be well equipped to ask the I Ching. Looking at my old sgt pepper album cover, I remember when I bought it ages ago and staring at Paul, thinking how much he had changed. In Bob's book, the descriptions about a day in the life recording is bizarre. Can someone help me out with why the Beatles went to India to see Maharishi, if Paul was dead?

As the comments section on the article seems to be saying, these pics have been floating around for some time. True, we've seen the "Lennon lying down" and other pics here already. Good stuff regardless, but there must be more to the story here, because why is Murray all of a sudden selling copies of something he has allegedly owned all these years? You don't just 'remember' owning something like this, especially if they have been circulating on the internet for years unless he's been suffering from amnesia. Sounds like what went "missing" were his legal rights to the pictures, and somehow he got them back..

Did paul die? I don't think so because he seems to appear occasionally post 67, but he was replaced, no doubt.... hence the forum name. Compare 66 Paul to 67 "paul"..focus on 66 vs 67 there are no similarities... none.. zip.. zero. You really think that tall guy on Sgt. Pepper is the real Paul? Really?? There are at least 2 Pauls.... that is clear. The power of suggestion is amazing. Get your heads out of the fog & open your eyes.... it's right in front of you. who changed most?? not Paul... The reason why your photo gallery is ALREADY well explained at: invanddis.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=TAR&thread=3264&page=1Things got different with TRUE VINTAGE documents. I agree among Sgt Pepper Band all made by Beatles doubles during fall 1967 - 1968 False Paul was the best double. Interesting to see: www.guardian.co.uk/music/gallery/2009/sep/06/thebeatles-johnlennon?picture=352550831

Well, as long as we're pic comparing - If you know who this is, don't tell. The pics are either the same real guy, or, they're both doppels, or, one is real and one is a double. If so, which is which? Whaddya think?
