I didn't think I'd ever comment on this board again, but I see it fading away and that does a BIG disservice to Paul McCartney and the genuine research that has been and is being done about him.
Paul was replaced and the man walking around now claiming to be Paul is not him.
I'm not going to speculate why the truth is drifting off into cyberspace (although money seems to play into decisions alot of the time.)
If this board is slowly folding and there are still serious Paul researchers out there, please leave some sort of contact information, so people who still have a genuine interest in finding out what happened to Paul can collaborate and get to the truth.
Always, ---8749

Honestly, to us outsiders all we will ever know for sure is he was replaced. Only insiders know the whole story, & some of those probably don't know everything. I have several of my own theories of what occurred but I don't know anything for sure other than PWR.
I remember researching in the beginning of my journey. The endless hours of watching videos, interviews, decades of pics...it was consuming my life; I had to let it go. I had such hatred for this 'imposter' & all involved in covering the truth up; it wasn't healthy. I would love for this to be exposed but I doubt even then the whole truth would ever be told. I can hope & pray that we do get some justification for all of our hard work someday....

Well I don't agree with you at all. If people stick to the subject, realizing The Beatles were young and working class, we WILL get to the answers. I'm making inroads and I know others are hot on the trail. It's like a mystery--a real life one--and that's why it's fascinating. People shouldn't be deterred when they get emotional about the issue-- it's about The Beatles for God's sake. Even if you weren't around during Beatlemania, there's something about the group that's compelling. So I'm in it until the truth comes out, and I know alot of other people will be too.

While it's a romantic (in a strange way!) notion, chellebelle is right, i've been "researching" this for years, all the way back before the TKIN days. For me that's a big chunk of my life. What about the guys who were there at the time and knew something was up? They've been trying to get to the bottom of this for over 40 years now without success, and it certainly isn't through lack of trying.
