Thank you. At least one other person has an open mind about there being an impostor. Is an imposter the same as someone in DISGUISE? c.1300, from O.Fr. desguiser (11c.) "disguise, change one's appearance," from des- "away, off" (see dis-) + guise "style, appearance" (see guise) guise (n.) late 13c., "style or fashion of attire," from O.Fr. guise "manner, fashion, way," from Frankish *wisa or some similar Germanic source (cf. O.H.G. wisa "manner, wise;" see wise (n.) speaking words of....

Sense of "characteristic disposition" is from 1580s. Meaning "person of natural intelligence or talent" and that of " natural ability" are first recorded 1640s. (see kin) see TKIN! Seriously? Were those the two most different looking Pauls you could find? But kidding aside; That’s some daaamn good “surgery”. With a face that plastic it’s a wonder he could talk or sing, or age. And no scars or trauma from having “his eye sockets moved around in his skull” – (paraphrasing from Maxwell). And how could Phil sing properly with those dentures? The first thing that struck me was how remarkable a match these two are. In fact, I’m almost inclined to think it could be the same guy. Notice even the heads are the same size, except for the long chin. (Was Phil's chin even that long & narrow?) But, alas, they’re only about 98% match, facially. Even taking into consideration that these photos are about 10 years apart, (the date is wrong in the second photo, it’s 1975-ish), these two are too similar to be different people, too different to be the same guy. (probably not quite the help you were looking for, I?) (Also Maxwell, these are two of the Pauls that sometimes had the lower left eye).

Got the Bill and Rita paid it. sorry I don't get it, could you please clarify ? A few weeks ago I made some wise guy remark about how TKIN had died on its arse and now here we are, transported back to 2006 and the wonderful Phil Ackril myth! It has been six years so come on Sun King time to show us the evidence. Anyway, what is interesting about the YouTube clip is it is from the film 'Give my regards to Broad Street'. Broad Street station, now demolished, was in the Bishopsgate area of London and Bishopsgate was referenced by John Lennon in the Pepper tune, 'Being for the benefit of Mr Kite'. However, my friends over at Mystery Tramp have posted that the cover image for McCartney's album 'Run Devil Run' was taken of a shop from Broad Street in Atlanta. McCartney synchronicity or something else?
