Hi Everyone, I've been a long time admirer of your site and want to delv deeper into the the rabbit hole. I'd massivly apprechiate if some one could leave me some bread crumbs to teach me how to understand some of you're posts ;o) A bit off "Beatles" subject but I found this article quite interesting and worth a look.. popculturepastor.com/content/pixies-used-occult-freemason-symbolism.. Next step for me, trying to understand pepper and watch re-runs of the 9th Gate and Rosmarys Baby. Look forwards to speaking to you all. Peace and Love, Jabberwocky

Upon arriving, he finds the store gone and the last piece of furniture being removed, from the top of which falls the final, authentic, engraving, which includes a likeness of the mystery girl. With the last engraving in hand, Corso returns to the castle it depicts and crosses the threshold of the Ninth Gate"

read the book the club dumas instead of watching the ninth gate. It has the pictures so you can look at them at your own speed, and it also mentions alexander dumas' books. You discover the ninth gate has an awful lot to do with the three musketeers. Even though the film doesnt. Read the book, trust me, its a good one.

I've read his work trust me, it's a good one The tenth gate: a man's stomach lol rat scabies and the holy grail is one of the most entertaining things i've read. possibly the most entertaining next to the gnosis chapter in the dead, but for different reasons. In rat scabies and the holy grail they spend the majority of the book in france. Every chapter there is at least one paragraph dedicated to the worship of french cuisine. Alexander dumas' most famous stories take place in france, so there is the connection. Rat knew this guy martin stone, i was going to write his nickname because i forgot the real one until just the moment i had to write it. Martin "mad dog" stone was, and probably still is, a musician from england. He played in psychedelic bands in the late 60s early 70s. The pink fairies is what comes to mind immediately but im not sure thats right. He was never in a band for very long. By the late 70s he had stopped focusing on music and got into the business of finding and selling rare books. He apparently got aleister crowley's personal i ching for jimmy page. Mad dog was good like that. He was the one rat went to when rat wanted to find a copy of le serpent rouge. The book mentions the author of the dumas series had mad dog in mind when he invented the corso character. The movie cuts out an awful lot and replaces it with the european gun-dealer chic that has become synonymous with sophistication in recent years. For instance, remember when the lady dies at the foot of the black bed (...), and the bad guy with furry eyebrows pushes her plump bottom with his foot. Its a perfectly clear window into polanski's psyche because it doesnt happen in the book. I got my copy at the library, so the book is available. Also, rat scabies has a youtube page with video from places that are mentioned in the book. I realized it was him because: in the book they are in a church. The author, christopher ----, has a friend bellia, a photographer. Christopher films the altar and there is a shaft of light over it. He says the altar does not face the sun as it travels through the sky and yet there, over the altar, is a shaft of sunlight. All sorts of mystic ideas should come into your head. But, in this youtube video it shows the altar, and it is coming from the sun. Read between the lines. ...
