Is there some sort of pattern here? A star map or something? Why are some double shows? So the vids are coming out. Supposedly Oakland, May 6, 2022. And I do believe we are looking at a geriatric performance, as opposed to a younger person masked up.

Yeah, me too. But I've always wondered what you're gonna get at these geezer performances.😁 So I passed on Van Morrison tickets recently. Even though I love that guy, though I've heard he's meaner than Willie Nelson. I may live to regret it. And the last time I saw the Beach Boys was around 1980. Just a teen, and I dragged a friend along. No one I knew had any appreciation for 60s music. The friend loved it. Said she'd heard the songs before and liked them, but didn't know they were Beach Boys songs. I just said, umm, yeah, this is what the Beach Boys sound like. Glad you enjoyed it. What can I say? Everyone around me who was my same age growing up seemed to have lived a sheltered life except me. 😂 "So you don't know the Beatles, the Who, the Doors, the Beach Boys, Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young?" Nope. Blank stares, on everyone except the Beatles, but probably couldn't have named a single Beatles song. They'd heard of the Stones, though, because they were still making chart topping albums in those days. But they didn't like 'em. Only I bought the Stones albums Some Girls, Emotional Rescue, and Tattoo You. Oh, and as a teen, I bought that Blondie album you put up recently. I am reminded of something Morrison said. That things were changing so fast, a new generation comes along practically every year. That may hold true till today.

Vomitfest 2022. Some of those videos just became "unavailable in your country" about two minutes ago.

What is so magical and mystical about Glastonbury? If Patricia Kennealy (one of Morrison's more "out there" girlfriends), were still alive, I'd post on her site and ask her. You can believe she would have known. A rock critic journalist type herself, she always said every rock concert is a ritual. I am aware that some believe Glastonbury Abbey to be the resting place of King Arthur. And that King Arthur was not English, but Scottish. Merlin the Magician of course, being Arthur's close advisor/protector. I am also aware of the claims by historians that Merlin was not actually a specific person, but a type of legacy position, filled by different men over time. Just like our magical Beatles, legacy positions filled by different men over time? Easy to let your mind run down all possible avenues when examining this stuff. Like the comment in JoJo's avatar stated, it's fun to speculate.

If I hadn't already got Bruce Springsteen, that scene might have triggered an investigation. Is that Dave Grohl in an ABBA shirt? Is he worth my time? For at least 2 out of 3 it's another instance of birds of a feather flocking together and doppels helping doppels on stage.
