Here's where it gets weird.

Apparently that was in a different time line. I can find no reference to that anywhere. Mandela Effect? I don't know.

I have to thank michelle for giving us the key to understanding that last part of Neil Young's song, "Last Trip to Tulsa".
Back on that horrible night of October 20th, 1969 when we first were hearing about "Paul might be dead" from Roby Young, some smart people picked up on the fact that
"Last Trip to Tulsa" had some PID clues in it, which, in and of itself is pretty amazing, because Neil's album ("Neil Young") had just come out, and somehow
he had anticipated the news of Paul possibly being dead making enough of a splash to write a song full of clues about it in advance!

And we even figured out - way back then! - that somehow the "eighty seven years" part was about the future year of 1987, because if "Sgt. Pepper taught the band to play"
twenty years prior to 1967, in 1947, then 1987 would be twenty years after 1967. But we just couldn't "get it" back then; the part about the palm tree.

The "friend" who offered to help the tree chopper is Faul, who offered to help Paul with his task.
In 1967, he took on the role of Paul, with his "Sgt. Pepper" Beatles.

After 20 years on the job, he (Faul) had come to like the fame and fortune, and wasn't eager to part with his position.
If the plan had been that: after 20 years Paul comes back and takes on his former role as a singer in The Beatles,
