A man who worked on the RFID Chip heard from God and explains the mark in deep detail. Very disturbing about the mark, it goes into detail about why a sore will break out on those who have taken the mark and also the 666 and what it means. Be blessed Video: The Mark of the BeastAnd he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark — the name of the beast or the number of its name. - Rev. 13:16-17 New American Standard Bible

The Mark of The Beast and The Mark of The Lamb are esoteric symbols which IMHO represent the difference between the consciousness of those who worship the self {Mark of The Beast} and those who worship the indwelling spirit of God/selflessness{The Mark of The Lamb}.

Timmy a couple things...
1. It looks to me like you are calling Jehovah God a liar? In essence, you are saying His Word is wrong and has it wrong when it comes to what the Mark of the Beast is and what it means.
God does not lie. He is not like man who changes his mind. He is the same yesterday, as today, and forevermore. His word is true, honest, faithful, and holy. Every biblical prophecy to date has a 100% accuracy, so there is absolutely every reason to think prophecies still to come will come to pass. As Dr. Carl Sander's testimony attests, the apostle John's vision of a Mark of the Beast is being prophetically fulfilled in our day.
2. The Mark of the Beast is not a mere symbol. If you had watched or listened to the video, you would have understand Dr. Carl Sanders was part of a team of engineers who have worked to develop the microchip. It is real, observable technology. It is an implant which is tangible and substantive--it can be seen, touched and felt. It's on the verge of being implemented.
3. If you had read the Bible verse I posted, you would understand every human being on the face of the earth will be forced to accept the Mark. (Those who refuse to be injected with a microchip will be killed, those who take the Mark will be sealed for eternal damnation.)
The word esoteric means intended for or likely to be understood by only a small number of people with a specialized knowledge or interest. But the Mark of the Beast is going to be understood by ALL peoples of the earth and all peoples of the earth will be FORCED to obtain it--the small and the great, the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves...
The Mark is a monetary system and people will need to have it in order to buy and sell, so it necessarily has to be a material.
4. The Mark of the Lamb is the seal of God the Holy Spirit. The Mark of the Beast is a Satanic counterfeit. It is not so much the worship of the self verses selflessness, rather it is one's earthly choice to live in carnality or live in Spirit which plays a vital role in the deciding eternal consequences. Ultimately, it is about either a lust after Satan verses a love after Jehovah God.

I am not calling God a liar...I'm calling your literal interpretation of the scriptures incorrect and fear based.
The Mark is a symbol that refers to the hand and the forehead because they represent what man can create {with his hands} or destroy {with his hands}. The forehead represents the mind and what man as an individual wishes to allow himself to dwell on {righteousness or evil}.
I just happen to disagree with such a literal interpretation of scripture that pushes fear and guilt in order to try to convert others to Christianity rather than to uplift and bring people hope and joy. This RFID Chip thing has been around for a long time now...it is really nothing new and I doubt very highly that this technology will ever be used in the way many Christians describe. Not impossible mind you...but IMHO not very likely. After all...Christians have been pushing this kind of fear based teaching for a long time now...with no results.
Your literal interpretation of these scriptures is fine...and that is your opinion and belief to believe how you want to believe and interpret scripture. You should also allow myself the same courtesy to voice my interpretations also.

I also think St.John was also describing Rome's use of tattoo markings...thus identifying The Roman Empire as evil in it's practices against Jews and Christians. www.quora.com/Did-Roman-soldiers-really-have-tattoos-that-said-SPQR-or-was-that-just-something-they-made-up-for-Gladiator "Slaves, gladiators, criminals, and later, soldiers, were tattooed, with an identifying mark. Upper class Romans did not partake in tattooing, which they associated with either marginal groups, or foreigners, such as Thracians, who were known to tattoo extensively. The emperor Caligula forcibly tattooed people as an embarrassment. In late antiquity, Roman army consisted largely of mercenaries, they were tattooed in order that deserters could be identified. The 6th century Roman physician, Aetius, wrote that: "Stigmates are the marks which are made on the face and other parts of the body. We see such marks on the hands of soldiers."

Does this look like a symbol to you? People will need to be able to buy and sell with it. Or maybe the Mark will evolve to something really "cool" such as an e-tattoo? It's still actual or literal technology. The Mark of the Beast will be a literal mark, whereas the Seal of God is a spiritual mark--it is simply receiving the Holy Spirit when one comes to believe in Christ Jesus

I'm confused...since when is my (or anyone else's) salvation by Christ predicated upon a belief in a literal "rapture event"? When it comes to personal salvation the Holy Scriptures are clear. In order to be SAVED all one has to do is believe that The Father sent his only begotten Son into the world and died for our sins! Jai...are you saying that The Father will contradict His Word and promise He made to us simply because I disbelieve in your Rapture theory? All those who confess Christ is King and The Son of God who died for us shall be SAVED. You seem to be claiming that the The Rapture has more power to SAVE me than Christ! Christ has THE POWER to SAVE...not some "event" that may or may not happen. Does not Christ have the power to SAVE me now...right where I am if I believe in Him and confess my sins? I am SAVED by Christ's blood and His sacrifice whether I believe or disbelieve in The Rapture! Christ is my SALVATION...not The Rapture. You...believe in The Rapture...you are SAVED by Christ's blood! Me...I disbelieve in The Rapture...and like you, I am still SAVED by Christ's blood! In Christ's blood...we are SAVED!

Timmyb52 - Yes, we are saved by the blood of Christ.
I am not saying we gain salvation by belief in the rapture. But to believe in the rapture is part and parcel to believing in the promises of God.
Because Jesus was first resurrected from the dead, the dead in Christ will be raised. And if the dead in Christ are raised up (resurrection and ascention ), then those believers who are alive will also ascend up to heaven. When Jesus comes, they will be caught up to meet the Lord in the clouds to be with him forever.
What I'm saying about the rapture is that it is coming... It's an event that is prophecied in the Bible. It's just as as the rebuilding of the third temple is prophecied, a one world government is prophecied, a global Religion, a global currency... Prophecies like the Antichrist standing in third temple claiming to be god, the Jews fleeing to the mountains and Jerusalem sacked, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ (where he comes down from the clouds, there's a big earthquake, the moon turns to blood, the heavens roll back like a scroll, and the Mount of Olives splits apart forming a valley when his feet touch the earth)...
It's a prophecied event like other prophecied things in the Bible. Prophecied such as world-wide wars (Got & Magog War, the Battle of Armegeddon), famines, plagues, and pestilences. Not unlike the meteors falling upon the earth (ie Wormwood). Or the earth burning and scorched with fire, raging seas and floods (tsunamis), strong earthquakes, mountains melting (volcanoes)... All these things I just listed are the wrath of God.
Believers are not subject to God's wrath. This is the rapture: Jesus said he's gone to prepare a place for those who are his, and he will come back and get them. He says will deliver those who are his from the coming wrath.
Scripture uses Noah as an illustration. The world was so wicked that the only way any humans could survive that world was for Noah and his family to board the ark. The wiped out all of humanity, except for Noah and his family. George Harrison said "Beware of darkness", because evil is such that is creeps up and chokes and suffocates to death...
Our world is such that darkness is growing; evil is creeping in like a fog. It is such that we may not notice it affecting how we live, what we do, the choices we make, what we think about what is right and wrong, good and bad as compared to people's moral and religious convictions of the past.
Think of the rapture as Noah's vessel, and the coming sorrows, judgement and wrath as the flood. Those who belong to Christ, who have a relationship with him, will be delivered from great tribulation.
It's important to turn to Jesus now, because if you wait until afterward when the Antichrist comes and things are terrible upon the earth, then there will be tremendous pressure on you to take the Mark (which will condemn you to hell) or you'll have to prove your faith by becoming a martyr.
Now is the time of decision. Either you choose to love this world (in which case you will stay here)... Or you can chose to love Jesus Christ with all your heart (in which case you will leave this world and go home)!

Now is the time of decision. Either you choose to love this world (in which case you will stay here)... Or you can chose to love Jesus Christ with all your heart (in which case you will leave this world and go home)! If my salvation is inherent in Christ alone...then a belief in or non-belief in a "rapture" is irrelevant! No where in the Bible is the word "rapture" even mentioned! No where in the Bible is it said I must believe in it to be saved by Christ! Why should I care about a "rapture" anyways if I am already saved? Even if there is a rapture event...regardless if I believe in it or not...Christ will take me with Him because I am saved! Or...are you saying that because I don't believe in a "rapture"...that IF there is one that Christ won't take me? If so...you are stating that my salvation comes from a belief in the "rapture" itself and not a belief in Christs redeeming power! Again...the "rapture" is irrelavent. But...now...I am done with this discussion on a rapture. Believe in it all you want...that is your perogative Jai. But at the end of the day...I am saved by Christ and Him alone...whether I believe in a rapture or not!

Post by Jai Guru Deva on May 16, 2020 11:10:58 GMT -5
Timmyb52 - To answer your questions...
1. What is salvation?
Romans 10:9-10 tells what is salvation:
If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord", and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
Essentially, we are saved by Christ alone (John 3:15, Acts 4:12). By grace through faith we are saved (Eph. 2:8). In Jesus, we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace (Eph. 1:7).
2. "Rapture" in the Bible?
The word "Bible" is not found in the Bible. Does that mean the Bible does not exist?
The english word "rapture" in Scripture is taken from the Latin word "rapio" for the two words "caught up" used in 1 Thessalonians 4:17. In the Greek New Testament the word "harpazo" is used. This verb refers to a quick or sudden "snatching away" or "catching away" of a person or thing.
The rapture is a promise of deliverence from wrath (Great Tribulation) for true, Spirit filled believers in Christ.
3. Is the belief in a "rapture" relevant or irrelavent?
1 Corinthians chapter 15 explains that because Christ first rose from the dead, it makes possible the resurrection of the dead in Christ. Furthermore, when the dead in Christ are raised up, so also believers in Christ will be transfigured and be lifted up to the clouds. The resurrection of the dead and rapture of believers are interconnected (1 Cor. 15:51-52).
You may say that Jesus rose from the dead; however, if you do not believe that living believers will be caught up to meet the Lord in the clouds, then you necessarily must not believe the dead in Christ will also be resurrected. The Bible teaches that the resurrection of the dead saints and rapture of living believers are intrinsically linked--one happens one right after the other (1 Cor. 15:51-52, 1 These. 4:16-17).
Therefore, if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either (1 Cor 15:13). Essentially, you are claiming that Jesus's "resurrection" was a clever parlor trick and fruitless, because nobody is saved--faith is futile and we are still dead in our sins (1 Cor. 15:16-18).
What does Rom. 10:9-10 say again? First you confess to with your mouth that "Jesus is Lord", then you must believe in your heart that Jesus was resurrected...
Again, though, if you do not believe there will be a rapture of living believers, then you necessarily cannot believe there will be a resurrection of dead saints (as Scripture teaches both, and they are both intertwined). If the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either. Therefore, in your heart, you nessessarily deny that Jesus resurrected from the dead, and so then are not saved (Matt. 15:8).
Because Jesus first transfiguered, resurrected, and ascended up unto heaven, it makes possible the promise of transfiguration, resurrection, ascention for believers both dead and living.
Because we can be sure Jesus's resurrection from the dead was true and thus we have deliverence from sin, we know that his promises of deliverence from great wrath are also true. Therefore, belief in the rapture is relevent. But if you do not believe in the rapture, which is in God's word (1 Cor. 15:51-52, 1 Thess. 4:16-17), then you essentially are calling God a liar... May the Good Lord have mercy on your soul.
4. Why should I care about the "rapture" if I'm saved?
The parable of the ten virgins (Matt. 25:1-13) illustrates why it is important to be spiritually ready and watching for Jesus's coming.
All ten virgins were believers who knew the bridegroom was coming any day. Five fell asleep, tired from waiting. They did not have enough faith, they doubted he was going to come that night (this is symbolized by not enough oil in their lamp).
The other five virgins were awake, watching, hopeful tonight was night the bridegroom would come. They had faith (their lamps were full of oil). These wise virgins went with the bridegroom when he came.
The sleepyhead, foolish virgins scrambled to be ready and fill their lamps with oil, but when they finally got to the wedding banquet, the bridegroom said he did not know them and the ladies were shut out.
Essentially, the parable of the ten virgins teaches us that in order to go in the rapture (to the wedding banquet), it is not enough to just believe Jesus is Lord, you also need to have a real relationship with him through bible reading and prayer. The bridegroom knew the wise five virgins that he came and got, but he did not know the other foolish five virgins waiting outside the door.
The last verse of the parable gives very important instructions: you are to keep watch (be prepared, stay vigilant, keep faith, pray), because you do not know the day or hour [Jesus will come]. Jesus is not coming for those who think they have it made in the shade, those who could care less, those who cherry pick, those who take the easy road... He's coming for the ones who have been crucified with him, so that it is no longer he or she who lives, but Christ indwelling.
Moreover, if you have any heart for your fellow human beings, you would alert them about the great evil, destruction, chaos, horror, and sorrow that is about to befall this world. And you would tell people there is hope in Jesus who is coming--he will provide a way of escape in the rapture for those who repent and believe in him.
