OMG! Watch 'til the end. Tracey Ullman - They Don't Knowwww.youtube.com/watch?v=SNchTKdRs2ATraceyUllmanVEVO Apr 3, 2018 "Music video by Tracey Ullman performing They Don't Know. © 1979 Universal Music Operations Limited "So, back to this bizarre video. A dual story, maybe? First, view it from the standpoint of "Linda". We see Ullman in the discount grocery with her guy there stocking shelves. Looks like he tosses something in her basket, so they are still together. She's wearing a dowdy house dress, no makeup, hair unkempt. Her general appearance reminds me of an account I read once from a McCartney neighbor who expressed some surprise at not only seeing Linda in the store shopping for herself, but at her general appearance. Ragged clothing, worn shoes, no makeup. Then, there is the account of her appearance in the 1985 Playgirl interview. Guess these two were still left alive in Nineteen-Hundred Eighty-Five. Linda was described as showing up to the interview wearing a pullover sweater, flannel skirt, Mickey Mouse socks, worn walking shoes, no make-up, hairy legs. Kind of like Tracey looks in the grocery store scene, with the exception of the shoes. A grocery store....Puts me in mind of these lyrics: I took my bag into a grocer's store The price is higher than the time before Old man asked me why is it more?
His answer: I said, you should have seen me with the poker man I had a honey and I bet a grand Low life, high life, oh let's go Down to Junior's farm where I wanna lay lowThe Paul who sang this one in the Junior's Farm video is the one I call David Cassidy Paul. He reminded me of Cassidy the first time I saw the Junior's farm video. There is a photo of Cassidy on Tracey's wall. Okay, so I'm out on a limb on the Cassidy thing. But....what are these lyrics telling us? A double life for this guy in the song? Sometimes he lives the high life, other times, he can barely afford to put food on the table? Tracey looks disgusted with the reality of her situation when he dresses in awful Days of Disco looking clothes, rolls gutter balls at the bowling lanes, and grabs her behind at the grocery store. But in the end, he's HIM again, and she's happy as a little clam. No wonder when people looked at her guy, they didn't see what she saw. She saw PAUL FREAKING MCCARTNEY. Others saw the reality. But at least she does say she has her eyes wide open, and she could see the signs. Which made me look at the video's story in another way. Like Tracey, the public only wants PAUL FREAKING MCCARTNEY. They don't want to know about the real everyday lives of several different men who play the role...perhaps none of whom are actually wealthy. I think we can all agree that since at least 1967, McCartney has been a public persona, not a real person. Frankly, at this point, I don't believe he was ever one specific person. As for Ullman's connection with The Simpsons, there is this little video clip from a Simpson Halloween episode. So much has been posted on this board over the years, but I haven't seen this video clip here before. At about 57 seconds, we see a grave stone for Paul McCartney. On the left, right after Elvis. So, if The Simpsons is indeed a truth drop show, at least one Paul died. Didn't the YKMN videos say something about allegorizing in death, and there would indeed be a death, usually by violent means? If this is accurate, at least one Paul did indeed die. But who? The Paul on the 1985 Playgirl cover looks very much like an early club playing Paul, who is pictured with John on stage wearing leathers, but with no bangs across his forehead. parting on the left is now parting on the right..... I have no idea which cover was used where.

Like I said, I know I'm out on a limb here on the Cassidy thing. But I do know that, coincidentally, Cassidy and his half brother Shaun appeared in the play, Blood Brothers. The plot has to do with two Liverpool twin boys, separated at birth. They meet, and both fall in love with a girl named Linda. And the play is written by a "Willy". Willy Russell, and is set in the 60s. All very odd.

Wow. Your last statement just created a synchronicity in my life that would be about a one in a gazillion chance. A friend of mine is going to see Shaun in two days. She's Rightwww.youtube.com/watch?v=Xk5gSKBwUUQShaun Cassidy - Topic Mar 1, 2018 Just when I thought I was old enough to realize This girl came along and said "Boy you've been livin' a lie" She said "Your heart's misplaced I can see it in your face You know how to run but you're losin' the race And in the end, no one can change that but you" What do you do? With this kind of talk goin' 'round When you know that she's right It's pointless to fight With a girl who has got your heart down So I decided to hear what she had in mind And soon I realized she was giving me more than her time She said "It's all on your side And you'd better take advantage Get out of line I'm sure that you could manage Then just take your time And don't let them take advantage of you" What do you do? Just look at Shaun in that artwork. He's displaying both hands, as in the "Hands Across the Water" and "Wings", type way. Has to be a connection there. Jack Cassidy was of Irish descent. I can't help thinking there is a familial connection with the Liverpool bloodlines, particularly with both Cassidy boys appearing in "Blood Brothers". A Beatle like story, set in Liverpool, with two brothers falling for the same girl, whose name happened to be Linda. There are some connections there that I can't quite discern yet. I keep thinking about the lyrics to Hi Hi Hi, which, to me, have always been suggestive of some type of ritual initiation. The reference in the song to "Sweet Banana" indicating that it was a male, not a female. The reference to a bootleg, being potentially a cheap copy, perhaps a mask? Then, I see that Ullman has a picture of Cassidy right next to her mirror? I Got a Feeling, there's something to this...... I also keep thinking about that TV show, "The Masked Singer". Disguised celebrities competing against one another. Hmmm.......

Well the bootleg copy of a 'multi-colored band' was a copy of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon", which - evidently - was yet to be released at the time of the event. Since Pink Floyd recorded in a studio at Apple across the hall from where the Beatles recorded, it's not surprising that McCartney would have met someone at a station with a copy of it in his/her hand. www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HeEwPoDGnwWell, when I met you at the station You were standing with a bootleg in your hand. I took you back to my little place For a taste of a multicolored band. We're gonna get hi hi hi, The night is young. She'll be my funky little mama, (sounds like a female)Gonna rock it and we've only just begun. We're gonna get hi hi hi With the music on. Won't say bye-bye bye-bye bye-bye bye-bye 'Til the night is gone. I'm gonna do it to you, gonna do ya, Sweet banana, You'll never give up. We're gonna get hi hi hi in the midday sun. Well well, take off your face, (make up, mask)Recover from the trip you've been on. I want you to lie on the bed, Get you ready for my polygon. I'm gonna do it to you, gonna do ya sweet banana, You've never been done. Yes, and like a rabbit, gonna grab it, Gonna do it 'til the night is done. We're gonna get hi hi hi with the music on. Won't say bye-bye bye-bye bye-bye bye-bye 'Til the night is gone. I'm gonna do it to you, gonna do ya, Sweet banana, You'll never give up. We're gonna get hi hi hi, we're gonna get hi hi hi, We're gonna get hi hi hi in the midday sun --------------------Sounds like he's de-flowering a virgin then, I guess. It seems that Sir Paul calls his love interests "banana". Because they elicit that response, perhaps. In Monkberry Moon Delight he sings, "I know that my banana is older than the rest".

Okay, I get your drift on the sweet banana thing. Took me to school on that one. I concur. He's talking about a female. But the multi-colored band reference being Pink Floyd? I thought the multi-colored band referred to the Capital Records label, which had a multi-colored band around it. Also, the "resurrected" Beatles on Sargent Peppers wore multi-colored suits, whereas the Beatlemania group on the cover wore all dark clothing. Thus, Hi Hi Hi discusses a ritual being performed to Sargent Peppers. Someone being "done" with a "polygon". That's how I had it worked out, anyway. Particularly after I noticed the multi-colored band type clothing worn in this video. I interpreted the clothing to mean that they themselves were the multi-colored band. In other words, Beatles. And the ritualistic dancing performed on the image magnification screens. Beatles were known to paint their faces. We've all seen it.

I believe this channel owner used to post here. Some of the things said in this video look familiar. Anyway, the channel owner has 1966 Memphis interview Paul pegged as Dino Danelli, and the Mockers interview Paul as Tara Browne. He identifies a couple of others, as well, like Denny Laine. It looks as though he believes it was all simply done with wigs, make up, shoe lifts, and facial prosthetics. Nothing more.
On edit: Okay, this is weird. I just did a search of Dino Danelli images. Found lots of early photos of Danelli clearly wearing Beatle wigs. I was at Bing.com. Then, next to a gallery of early Danelli photos, a barrage of Paul McCartney photos appeared. But my search was for Danelli, not McCartney. So people have been making these connections for quite some time, apparently. Frankly, I'm convinced at this point that Danelli was a Paul.

I've seen Dino Danelli. He ain't no Faul or Paul. Hmmm....You really don't think he was ever in the mix? What convinced me that he was in mix was not really anything this channel owner said, but a photo of a young Danelli I ran across today, after I saw the video. In the photo, Danelli was playing drums for the Rascals. At first glance, he looked exactly like McCartney, to me. That's not to say he necessarily played a major role, though.

Well you said it well. At first glance, he might look McCartney-esque, but once you see him in action, he looks like Dino.

Actually, I now think Halliday and Danelli were both in the mix. Letter B doesn't think Danelli was in the mix, ever. I do. So we disagree on this point. It happens with this stuff. And yes, I told you all to begin with, I'm very hesitant to jump to firm conclusions. This puzzle is like walking through a minefield, and I believe it was designed that way. But at this point, what I see is a rotation of Paul, John, George, and Ringo faces. Who were those masked singers? Look at the artwork of Shaun Cassidy on this thread. He's posed as though he's behind something, trying to get out. And here's another problem: Though I now believe Halliday and Danelli were both in the mix, what do we know about either of them? Danelli's face looks real enough when I examined photos of him in his youth. Real looking skin, not overly made up. But Halliday's name sounds fabricated. So who is he, REALLY? The questions just pile up. It's going to be very difficult to reach summary conclusions on this that reasonable people cannot poke holes in. If you've got it all figured out by now, good for you. You can just put the rest of us who are still musing over all this on IGNORE.
