I'll put this here. Kinda goes along with the concept of a hidden OG Paul, not as nice as his public successor. "Dirty Mac". Mac, I'm sure refers to McCartney when used by Beatles. And by others sometimes, perhaps.
These lyrics and others suggest something godawful, worms licking bones. And I'm just not inclined to blame it all on "Beatle Bill", as I believe that guy was part of the shell game from the start. Many Pauls.
