I came across this news story of a mother with 4 kids in a minivan that tried unsuccsesfully to beat a train she did not realize another train was coming the opposite direction and was hit by both, 2 children died on scene thrown from car, the mother was thrown and died a few days later happened 6 Sept. I believe.
There is a video of it released by the transportation authorities. Without sound and the fact that the crash is not all that clear or close up, it doesn't seem that graphic to me, the part that makes your heart race is that fact that its a beautiful sunny day and you see her speeding through a parking lot trying to beat the train and you know what is going to happen.
Some people view the video and are offended that it was released. I have not seen the Dale Einhardt or Selena Autopsy photos but I assume these people share the same opinion and would love to see this type of info banned.
Personally I feel that you might think twice about trying to save a few seconds and drive better and not take chances by seeing this type of stuff.
As far as the Autopsy photos I think the Dale Einhardt law is OFFENSIVE! It is hypocrisy at its finest. It is okay to profit, promote and glorify a dangerous bloodsport but not okay to show the fruits of Nascar? Maybe somebody would think twice about buying that Nascar ticket or becoming a race car driver, and we wouldn't want that now would we? The family of Reinhardt was emotionally driven understandably so but the law is not rational. We need to balance respect for the dead with the publics right to know without disregarding all together one or the other.
Here is the video of thr train accident if you wish to know and are not easily offended!!!
