Enough cholesterol to kill anything that's ever lived. Such a delicious looking piece of pound cake! Wait... THOSE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE EGGS? Thanks alot Swanson. Your breakfast TV dinners are helping to turn our population into manatees. (I didn't take these pics BTW, I snatched them from another site)

(I didn't take these pics BTW, I snatched them from another site) This is what I call MICROWAVABLE HEART ATTACK! My arteries are trembling for fear I may eat this... We are disposable experimental beings used to strange things...and the intake of hideous "food" with no nutritional value... For those who want to kill themselves through a slow death...this would be the way to go...

Hmmm. Looks good! But wait....no maple syrup?!! This looks "dirty" to me. No problem, but darn it, now I'm hungry! Guess I'll go to Turkey Hill and get one of these. Is that a tumor on that piece of...ham?.... Aw what the heck; can't be any worse than what I've already eaten for breakfast (coffee & Hershey kisses). Mmmm mmm! Over 1 lb of 'food'! lb - letter b ! It's calling me. Must get. (Goes for car keys.)

I've tried one of those Swanson breakfasts before... A smaller version, but yes the eggs are a brick, as shown.

look at the sodium! Another Killer is the Totinos Pizza, but damn they are good, burnt at least 9 min. in a microwave. But if you want puffy cheeks and grey under eye patches these foods are great!

I've been trying to slowly get off the microwave TV Dinners. When I do eat them it's generally those Lean Cuisine pizza thingies (only because I managed to lose a lot of weight a couple years ago and Lean Cuisines were "safe" and I knew I wouldn't gain any weight).
I've become a lot more food conscious recently. I learned how to make sushi, curry, and a few other rice heavy things myself. I use a lot of Extra Virgin Olive Oil too ever since Jeanne Calement (longest confirmed lifespan, 122 years old) attributed her longevity to using it in her foods and even rubbing it on her skin.
I never do fast food unless I absolutely have to, and even then I try to find a Subway.
On the downside I eat those Light Lays chips, which contain Olestra, which supposedly made/makes many people have stomach cramps. They don't do anything to me and are extremely low in fat and calories, but I bet they cause cancer or something down the road though.... I also eat alot of fish/seafood which probably has alot of mercury in it. Oh well I guess it's better than those Aspartame guzzling diet soda addicts.

One web site I read said-'if you own a microwave, you're too stupid to own a body'. I believe they had before and after shots of blood cells after eating nuked food. It wasn't encouraging. Don't get me started on aspartame.
With all the low fat, no fat, low and no cholest. stuff out there, people are still getting more obese and unhealthy-you'd think people would get a hint or a clue. IT'S NOT WORKING!
But, just keep buying those packs of low fat cookies. They must be healthy. They told me they're healthly. They wouldn't lie!.
Not that I'm a health freak, but enough's enough.
Oh, I ate those frozen eggs in one of those breakfast things some years ago, and they were horrid! Doesn't anyone at headquartes taste these? and if they do, someone's giving these things the thumbs-up?

I know a lot of the diet crap is just to make money. I developed my own diet plan which didn't really cost me anything.
I had this weight watchers points calculator, which is like this piece of cardboard you slide around to match up to the calories, grams of fat, and fiber, to determine how many points it is. I allowed myself 27 points a day and I would try to exercise for at least an hour with the heat on so I would sweat a lot. I went from like 230 pounds to 175 pounds in about 4 or 5 months. I didn't waste money on any weight watcher meetings or any of the crap they try to sell you, I just used their points system as a guideline because it's easier to keep up with than counting calories.

Yes microwaves are bad for you, ook at the generation of kids that grew up eating microwave foods! The same kids addicted to drugs/ritilin ect...

Try coconut oil, it will not make your food taste like coconut, but it is as healthy as Olive Oil and it actually makes the food taste better, It makes eggs so flavorful that you don't need to add salt or pepper and the same with popcorn. If you have diabetes it is suppose to be better 4 u. I've been trying to slowly get off the microwave TV Dinners. Olive Oil is healthy only if you use it as a salad dressing...if you heat it, it becomes toxic...anything heated over a certain temp and it is harmful.
Raw veggies, if you can find them without harmful pesticides would be the best...
That picture alone hardens my arteries.....
Those tv dinners were tested in a nuclear waste facility...it survived nuclear blasts....
And then they turn around and sell it in frozen tv dinners....
Just add radiation and you've got that good ol' glow...
