There may be other threads here that mention Planet X, the alledged approaching planet that will pass close to Earth at some point in the near future, if the Zetas, channeled by Nancy Lieder at zetatalk.com/ can be believed. One thing that they have said is that the Earth, Mars, and Venus are being pushed closer to each other by the approaching behemoth. They compare the planets to leaves being caught in a whirlpool in a stream. I have to say, they may be correct. I have noticed that Venus now looks like a small marble in the morning sky. In my life it has always looked like a bright star, but I don't recall ever being able to see it as a round object with the naked eye 'til now. This seems to be a new development, seemingly having occurred within the last three months. If you haven't been out in the early morning (about 6 AM, EDST), go out and take a look for yourself!

Synchronicity - I've just recently got into looking at the sky at night and spent a few hours this morning watching the movement of Orion and Taurus, followed by Sirius and then it got too bright to see the rest of the big dog.
I have a rotating disc 'space-map' [it came with my younger brother's telescope] which I use to work out what I'm looking at, along with Patrick Moore's 'Atlas of the Universe' but I can't seem to work out how or when to view other planets..
I'm assuming they move along the ecliptic but really I have no idea... the atlas has sections on the planets but I can't find anything telling me how to locate them. I went to sleep this morning with a mind to ask for some advice in here except I completely forgot - and now you've reminded me.. can anybody help me?

A bit of a problem with this alleged tilt of another 26 degrees: Southern New Zealand should have spent the time around their winter solstice in 24 hour darkness. (and I should have observed the sun directly overhead at true noon around the same time of year)
I'm open minded to the idea of a "Planet X", but this..is easily observable, and well.. didn't happen.
A large, planet sized interloper would not come slowly loping in ala Zetatalk's description, it would be fast and its orbit elliptical, as the ancients tried to tell us. (also known as a comet)

They (the Zetas) say it does have an eliptical orbit. As for the slow approach, they say it gets stalled due to forces we're not familiar with. And why aren't we seeing it? Supposedly because it is surrounded with a dust cloud that doesn't readily reflect sun light in the way a solid surface would. Whatever is the case, all I know is I've never seen Venus so "planetary" as it is now. I suspect this is an artistic rendition of Planet X's last rendevous with Earth:

See: Immanuel Velikovsky. Was Venus created along with the rest of the solar system billions of years ago, or was it a planetary sized comet that settled into a circular orbit but thousands of years ago? (after stripping the atmosphere and therefore all life from Mars as it passed by?) She may have done a bit of damage to earth as well, but it survived.. I'm familiar with the Zetatalk site, and while comets are unpredictable, all bodies following an elliptical orbit speed up as they approach the sun, quickly race around, and spend most of their orbit far far away from us. I'm saying there is only one definition that fits a "planet X": A comet. The danger is not understanding the danger posed by a large planetary sized comet. (mainstream science clings to the harmless "dirty snowball" theory) Venus was a comet, and like all large comets, the orbit changes on each pass to more circular due to tail drag. If you want to understand, order a book or two by James McCanney: jmccanneyscience.com/James is the subject of much derision, but IMO it's because he's on the right track. (and he's not a fan of Nancy)
