"Dave's not here!" ;D I love that one, lol. Of course the other one that everyone from the era would have to remember is "Sister mary Elephant", or how about the visit from the narcotics officer to the high school classroom?
Tommy Chong was on Howard Stern recently, just got out of jail for selling bongs on the internet. Absolutely insane..
But he had good humor about it all, and told some funny stories, claiming that a lot of his jail-mates were republicans. Claimed someone told him that Bush Sr. was a coke head, and that you could see the "cleaning your nose habit" during the presidential debates in 1988 or 1992, can't remember which. Actually I remember that, and wondered myself..

Yes, Sargent Stadanko! I used to have the LP. (I have no idea who I loaned it too!) Also on the LP was the one where they tried to hide a whole bunch of guys in the truck of the car and sneak into the the drive-in. There was the Evelynn Woodhead Sped reading course, but Sargent Stadanko was the best! I can still hear the nun.........CLASSSSSSSSS! CLASSSSSSSSS!

One odd reminder I have was a silly compilation film called "It Came From Hollywood" made in the early 1980's and there were snippets of bad 1950's "B" movies, and some from older than that, and different segments were hosted by different people, John Candy, Gilda Radner, Dan Ackroyd, and Cheech and Chong. Of course, one segment was on those old hideous anti drug films like "Reefer Madness"..and those two commenting to these old bad drug flicks were a laugh and a half. Reefer Madness was a hoot. I remember an old program called "Night Flight" on USA network on Friday and Saturday nights would show those old drug films. There was a "Cocaine Fiends"...and even a "Sex Madness" and the characters all died from VD or their lives were ruined forever...
But sometimes the best way to see those old turkeys, are the little film clips, or like MST 3k where the man and the robots he made were commenting on the bad cheesey movies.
