Iraq holds 'key al-Qaeda figure'

I always get suspicious when a major bad guy doesn't exist in Google. Second in command in Iraq and nada. His picture's is the oddest things though. It looks like they've just cut and pasted it together but made it deliberately sloppy. His eyes are looking in different directions, his eyebrows are in different positions, his nose is higher on one side than the other, his mouth is wonky and one ear sticks out way more than the other. He could just be one ugly motherf****r though.
