Towards the last 30 seconds, a voice is speaking and says these words...
"I'm sorry George I know it's not fair, but it'll be over within a few months... I'm real sorry"
That's atleast what I could capture from the end of the song, it's very faint and I turned up my volume very loudly to hear it.

Wow. Sounds like George is being told that he's being "temporarily" replaced 'til something blows over.

Maybe it refers to George Martin, who I believe did not produce some of the later recordings, though he did work with them on the last album, Abbey Road.

I just listening to it again, and it sounds like there is some mumbling, and a voice says...
"People care for you realize, what we're doing, forget all about it George I'm sorry"
"People will forget about it, I'm sorry George... can you forgive me? Son of a bitch..."
It's within the last 25 seconds of the song...

*SIGH* .....This is sad. No offense guys, but you know, not every bit of recorded conversation between the Beatles is related to Paul Is Dead. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revolution_9

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revolution_9 Structure and content "Revolution 9" starts with a conversation between George Martin and Alistair Taylor: Alistair Taylor: ...bottle of Claret for you if I'd realized. I'd forgotten all about it George, I'm sorry. George Martin: Well, do next time. Taylor: Will you forgive me? Martin: Mmmm...yes... Taylor: Cheeky bitch. (Although this conversation is usually known to be the beginning of "Revolution 9," the time tracking from the CD indicates it as the tail end of the previous track, "Cry Baby Cry," following Paul's short solo song "Can You Take Me Back.")

I always wonder what they're talking about, though. Why should he have given George Martin a bottle of claret? Was there any cause for celebration that he should have given him a bottle of red wine?

Well doc was the closest with "KLA'-rette", however it's a hard one to do justice but the easiest way to say that it is pronounced almost all in one "KLARIT"
Hope that helps!!!
