1 ONE 1 X one and one and one is three 3 October 1966
I know the last thing mentioned of McCartney is the Paris trip on Sept 16, then there is a missing gap, but that could be deliberate or maybe he simply wasn't doing anything, if you look hard enough i'm sure we could find a two week gap there for all of them seperately at some stage. But anyway, I think whatever happened to him happened on Oct 3, because Oct 4 Ringo and Maureen fly to Spain to see John.. maybe to break the news (October 4 is stupid bloody tuesday), Then there is no entries at all for 2 and half weeks for all of them.. mourning period maybe.
just my 2 cents!

I've been inclined of late to think that Paul went missing coming back from Paris on the 18th and then was missing two weeks or so until he was found, maybe on the 3rd (although I still think he was found on a Tuesday). The only thing is, if Paul wasn't confirmed dead until October, then they would only have one month to act before the first appearance of Faul. That's why I toggle back and forth from the "missing for a couple weeks" theory (Sept. 18th - Oct. 3rd) to the "missing for a day or two theory" (Sept. 18th - Sept. 20th)

I think all of those dates have been put back to later dates to accomodate the large gap of inactivity in the Beatles' lives. Paul could have been in Paris earlier than September 16, possibly the 9th or earlier.
And Faul needed time to heal from the plastic surgery which would take at least 2-5 weeks so that means they would have had to find him in early October, perform the necessary plastic surgery and be healed by early November for an appearance. Do you see what I mean? If they lie about Paul being replaced, surely they can lie about dates.

Sure, they could be lying about the dates. I just don't think the 11th date works anymore, as there seems to be enough Paul activity that week, rather real or fabricated, and then total silence for the next month that I don't see the point in fudging things to make up for seven lost days.
If only I had a crystal ball to view their lives for that month and a half.
