Take the time and vote for when you think 'Stupid Bloody Tuesday' took place.

Frustrating that I can not find ANY dates for the actual Melody Maker awards on the net... for any performer. I guess the closest we have is that weekend of Sept. 9-11th... Wait a minute... thinking out loud here... do we factor in the 8 hour time difference between L.A. and London- in the event that Paul did die in the States? Although I think there is more evidence that points to him dying in England... I am still researching the subject. It's not easy to get solid leads on this one. I had once found a source that says the awards were held September 19th, but supposedly it's wrong. Perhaps, but I don't think the Beatles ever intended for "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" to spell out: "Crap LP sung by the LSD-prone Beatles", either. ;D (God, I think that's funny) Stranger things have happened.... Edit: And here's one of 'em...

I now sort of feel he was missing for a time beginning on the 11th, so I think the 13th would be too soon. I'm now leaning towards early October, since that would be almost three weeks that he would be missing (which "I'm So Tired" seems to point to). Of course, that's all rampant speculation. I might be reading song lyrics and album cover clues a little too literally.

Pepper drumskin spelling how 11 9 he ^ die was similar in its effect to reverse speech in my opinion in that it was unintentional and coming from the subconscious mind. and i think that's what happened in this case. the 'lonely hearts' was intentional(as they were lonely about Paul) but the message hidden in the mirror was completely unintentional imo and shocked the Beatles.

Yessir, this has got to be the world's best anagram.... try it and see. Ever since I saw that, I've been playing with lyrics and song titles to see what else comes up, but that's a pretty tough one to beat...
