Bruce Campbell is one of my favorite actors ever. He mainly stars in B-movies, like the classic Evil Dead trilogy, directed by Sam Raimi of Spiderman fame (Bruce cameo's in those movies too, the annoying usher in spiderman 2)
Anyway, I picked up a movie called Bubba Ho-Tep, and guess what its about?
Bruce plays an aging elvis in a retirement home, everyone believes he is actually Sebastian Haff, a famous elvis impersinator, little do they know that he truely is the king. You see, elvis got tired of his fame and staredom, and wanted out, so he tracks down Sebastian Haff and the two pretty much swap lives. Also living in the home is a black JFK played by Ossie Davis, who claims that the CIA replaced him and "dyed" him black. The unlikely duo team up to stop an undead egyptian mummy.
Its a funny movie, but I just couldnt pass up the strange coincidence of a Campbell playing in a movie about replacements.
