I like the song. It's pretty good. The video was funny towards the end. ;D I think Macca's making some of his best solo music right now. It's not ground breaking, but it's still really good. I think a lot of his fans will like it. I dunno if it'll be a big chart hit though. It isn't really a top 40 kind of song, IMHO. Although maybe it'll hit the top 100. Say... peaks at 72? Thanks for posting this, JoJo!

So...the driver crashed his delivery truck and joined the party? What kind of neo-pagan claptrap is this? I tell ya these rock stars sell their souls to the debil, and havin' ghost parties. It's say say saytanism pure an' simple! This album should be burned at the stake! Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, it wasn't too bad. (I'm in a strange mood tonight.) Didi you notice the "flying saucers"? And in the end, Paul is dead, partying with the spirits.

Well..Playing pong on a bookshelf.. My favorite part! Can you young'uns believe we actually plugged quarters into that??
Seriously, this is more "behind the looking glass", he went there in the Loving Flame video and now he's made a return trip. Only now, it's in a box from the local delivery company.
Yes and yes.

It's funny you should mention the selling the soul thing 4k, I just watched a video on the origins of the original myth. Robert Johnson was actually a terrible guitar player, according to bluesman Son House, he took a trip for about 6-8 months and upon returning he was super good. It was House who first declared that Johnson must have sold his soul. Perhaps Johnson just played the myth up for fame, similar to gangsta rap artists today...

There is an apparent car accident and the red delivery vehicle is sitting there half off the road like the white Volkswagen beetle on the cover of Abbey Road.

Sorry. I tried watching the video. I couldn't get past him playing that mandolin.

Just a thought: Someone should post a PID (or Rotten Apple) video as a response to the Dance Tonight video.... While I doubt Sir. Paul himself uses the account, people working for him do.

Those people with the horned heads antlers suggest Satanism and the blonde girl looks like Fia Fauxrrow in Rosemary's Baby and The Great Gatsby.

Or people wearing reindeer antlers.
Even if it is satanic, I don't concern myself with things that don't exist..
Do you?

Satanists definitely exist, so one should be aware of them, and perhaps you're thinking of the Santa-ists wearing reindeer antlers. As to whether Satan exists, his name is Ronan Farrow and he is attending Yale Law School, if that movie is anything to go by.

Satanists, in that they believe some little man with horns will grant their evil wishes, do exist yes. Point is, I could do ceremonies in worship of the pine tree in my back yard...just as effective.. I gave up believing in the boogieman whan I was five.
Another thing that occurs to me.. accusations of being a follower of satan were justification for hangings in Salem, burnings at the stake during the middle ages, etc. This is the age of reason, at least I like to hope so..

I think that in the context of the video, the people wearing antlers are supposed to represent nature spirits, just as the being in the dryer represents a fire spirit, and the dishwasher spirit represents water. Think more pagan! ;D
Nothing satanic here. I was only kidding about that. And the scene where they're partying isn't about PID, but that Bill is "at home" with the elementals and nature spirits, and has access to their reality. They are the muses, etc. One big happy family. Mother Nature's son, etc.
The deliveryman is like the city-slicker who doesn't know about nature spirits. As Country Joe and the Fish sang in "Not So Sweet Martha Lorraine", the idea is: "Dont ya know, it's a shame and a pity You were raised up in the city And you never learned nothin' 'bout country ways."

I really have tried not to become addicted to this song. I really like it.
That said, about the video, the him being pulled into the ghost world stuck right out to me and the car at the end was... weird. It doesn't really seem to fit the kind of lighthearted "wooo, happy ghost dance par-tay!" mood that overrides the rest of the video; it seems kind of morbid to me. (Poor wording choice, yes, but such is the life of an insomniac at 5:39 in the morning.) Interesting that they chose to show a mishap with a car, no?

Somebody here should create a video for "Nod Your Head" and show images of Faul with Chris Farley on Saturday Night Live nodding his head and saying he wasn't really being dead. Of course, add other appropriate clips like JPM bobbing his head, and more of Faul, and a bunch of other Paul is dead stuff. www.youtube.com/group/nodyourhead

Sounds good to me. Then, they should post it to YouTube. I wish that I knew how to do that.
