And this bird in front of the sun.. Phoenix? could be ..........or www.slowmotiondoomsday.com/blackroad.html ""A Mayan creation story says the world was formed when the Milky Way, which they called The World Tree, was raised into the sky. The Great Celestial Bird landed in its branches. This bird may be represented by Cassiopeia, which looks like a bird's outstretched wings." cassiopeia- the W shaped constellation, also known as the queen's chair. "The constellation itself is said to be Cassiopeia's Chair because it resembles a chair. She is often times called "heaven's troubled queen." Cassiopeia was a Greek queen, wife of Cepheus, and at one time boasted that she was more beautiful than even the sea nymphs. The nymphs in turn arranged it so that when the queen was placed among the stars following her death, she would sit in a chair which turned upside-down around the celestial north pole to teach her humility." Wasn't there also a J&Y vid with black birds in it also? OK. I'll fes up, I recently had a vivid dream just about chairs too. And another last night one all about hens/chickens . Go figure Broad Street Road Tree

Well, I finally got the DVD today... I breezed through it a few hours ago, and I plan to watch them with commentary tomorrow sometime. Honestly, there are a few things that I don't like about this "definitive collection."
#1. I like the menus, they are nice and all with that Abbey Road footage, but I'd much rather just be able to watch that footage by itself, complete. #2. We didn't get the Back to the Egg special #3. Incomplete RockShow and Unplugged videos #4. No James Paul McCartney TV special or One Hand Clapping special #5. No Rockestra #6. FAAAAKE WIDESCREEN
So you see, this could have easily been 6 or 7 discs long like the Beatles Anthology, but it seems they half-assed it for the holidays....

I agree about many of the points Mellow made, just in general too much that should have been there is not. And the fake wide screen.. Ugh! Mike, what they did is cut the bottom and top of what were videos originally shot in a 4X3 aspect ratio so they would look like widescreen. Very bad...
